DLC launcher implementation

We have implemented a free DLC game launcher for potential future DLC additions.
You can also launch DLC games by running the executable in the DLC folder.
If you do not want to install the DLC, clear the DLC check box from the STEAM app.

As the game owner requested me for in-game music, I included mp3 file in the game folder.
This music was composed by using commercial licensed sound loops. Please enjoy at ease.

Right-click the game name in STEAM app.
Click "Manage".
Click "Browse Local Files".
The mp3 file is displayed.
