Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince Soundtrack now available!
The original soundtrack for Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince is now available for purchase here on Steam!
Praised by critics as mesmerizing and wondrous, the magic-bursting soundtrack includes a total of 26 tracks. This means over 100 minutes of beautiful original melodies that take you on a journey across the many enchanting levels of Trine 4.
The soundtrack is composed by award-winning composer Ari Pulkkinen, who has worked on the music for all the past Trine games. For the fourth installment to the series, he sought inspiration from the slightly darker, dream-like atmosphere of Trine 4 and used for example string and wind instruments to create a musical experience that matches the stunning visuals of the newest game and still has that special Trine feel to it.
Composer Ari Pulkkinen has mentioned that some of the tracks closest to his heart include for example Moonlit Forests and the three character theme songs. We compiled several of our favorites into a sample video, which you can find from the link below.
Give the soundtrack a listen and let us know what songs are your favorites!

This year we also got to specify a category which provides you fans with an easy "Nominate" button. We chose the "Outstanding Visual Style" category for Trine 4, as we the felt that the lovely atmosphere and magical art style of Trine 4 would make for a good contender in this category.
