Hey there! Thank you all for great two weeks of testing Tube Tycoon Editor BETA 🎉 - We've gathered lots of feedback and ideas to make this tool even better!
Here are today's patch notes: - Added scenario settings tab - edit appearance and preview it in new game window - Various graphic changes, changed left sidebar design for better readability - Hover on event/video to remove or duplicate - Left sidebar is now scrollable - especially for larger files with lots of events and videos! - When creating new event/video, first field is now focused to change it's name quickly and scrolls to top
That update does not bring a lot to editor, but changes a lot in code and prepares for future functionality!
How to roll in?
To take part in the beta, you’ll need to to select beta branch in steam properties: 1. Open Steam, navigate to Tube Tycoon 2. Click settings icon and then “properties” 3. Select “beta testing” tab and from dropdown select “EditorBeta” Now, the game should be updated with the new editor. PLEASE TAKE A NOTE, that this beta disables gameplay completely - if you’d like to play Tube Tycoon with all your previous saves, repeat the steps and and on the last step select “NONE”

Tube Tycoon editor is a new tool in the game to create amazing scenarios and new video blocks that can be installed and played by other Tube Tycooners. Select if you’d like to create: - package - mod that adds content to the game, can contain special events and new video types - scenario - addition that allows player to start new game with custom game rules (soon included in the editor), special events and new video types

With scenario editor you'll be able to:
Create scripted events based on many available triggers (like recording video or achieving certain number of subscribers)
Design beautiful dialogs or chat windows to tell your story
Create new video types to record
Generate complex titles using build-in videos title generator
And much more!
Post to Steam Workshop and share your creations with others! (later update)
And best of all - all of this you'll be able to test by yourself next week on Tuesday (03.10.2020) in open beta!

Tube Tycoon Pro mode update is coming!

It’s been a few weeks since last Tube Tycoon update. I’m sorry you had to wait so long for this announcement
- trust me, working alone on the game is not an easy task and I needed some break â›±
Pro Mode
Ok, so you probably now ask:
[I]What is this new „Pro mode” mentioned in the header?[/I]
Based on your opinions, reviews and suggestions I decided to create completely separate game mode from what you can find in Tube Tycoon currently. It will be more focused on time management, interactions with your fans and of course it will also bring beautiful new interface elements and visuals to make journey through TubeVideo even more pleasant to watch! I’ll be happy to share with you more details and first screenshots in a few weeks! If you have any features that you’d love to see in Tube Tycoon, be sure to suggest them on our Discord community!
Bug fixes update
I’ve recently pushed new version v1.0.5 with bug fixes, Paytron fix and small redesign of the bottom bar.
Also expect v1.0.6 in the next 48h with some more bug fixes.

I'm reading all your reviews and I'm glad to see that many of you enjoy Tube Tycoon game! I'm also taking notes from all your feedback and already I have some ideas for the new features and new game modes in the future updates, stay tuned!

- Fixed starting money bug display
- Fixed Slot unlocking at correct milestone
- Fixed bug with saving "total money earned" stat

- Subscribers show whole number after mouse hover

This is only a small bug fix update. I'm aware that some of you have issues with game crashes and I'm constantly working on that! This week I'll start working on some new features.
