Howdy folks, UBERMOSH development would be impossible without community feedback. Not all ideas can go straight to the project but I read every suggestion. This update balances version 0.011 giving more bullet speed and accuracy to the single shot gun to level it with the yellow and gray gun. Now you will find two kinds of enemies carrying the red gun and they will behave a bit more strategically, forcing you to survive a bit longer to put your hands on that chaos bringer. Gamepad users will also be able to use shoulders and triggers (and not just triggers). Enemy AI got a little update to mimetize more the human behaviour (evading, flanking, running and regrouping).
Time to return to work.

UBERMOSH Update v0.011 Wide Screen
Howdy folks, UBERMOSH is an one-man work guided by player feedback.You asked for more music, Xbox360 gamepad support, azerty and arrows support, v-sync, hardboiled mode... and on each update I made one of these features. Wide Screen format was asked since day one but the game prototype was made on 3x4 format, a design choice to have similar horizontal and vertical view. Some weeks were invested to find the balance on enemy AI, procedural level generator and some technical stuff to bring you the same fluid combat and high awesome per second experience on wide screen.
So, game updated. Now I will return working on the next feature.

UBERMOSH Update "Blade Saint"
Howdy folks, UBERMOSH v0.010 got new stuff added. Partial gamepad support got updated to full, new skin will unlock after SSS+. Yep, do more than 200 k.o. per round to be ranked Blade Saint. The twin miniboss thugs are now a bit smarter and you will be able to keep your previous score (if you have an old save, the new stuff will be upgraded on your second match).
The development continues and I am trying to find the best balancing points and interesting stuff to improve your gameplay experience.

UBERMOSH Update v0.010 "Go hybrid"
Howdy folks, new update. Now you will have partial gamepad support. It will not disable your keyboard + mouse, so you go hybrid and move with the left hand with the gamepad and the right with the mouse (my personal favorite combo).
You can also press "start" in your gamepad to quickly return to combat.
10 game versions during 44 days on Steam Early Access.

UBERMOSH Update v0.009 Hardboiled
Howdy folks, a few things have been changed to create a fair experience for the varios kinds of players that may cut bullets on the pit. On the "classic mode" you will have the 3-act style gameplay, starting with your sword hunting the first thug and getting a gun. Survive the crescent number of enemies until you find the red gun and use the gun advantage to bring hell to your foes. The improvement is that now enemies will not respawn without a fair distance for your reaction. Also some cosmetic features have been inserted on the game.
For those who want more trouble, check on "extras" the HARDBOILED mode. A raging turba will find you since the first seconds of game. The new balancing will make you react faster changing the pace from the classic mode to an even more hardcore experience.

Howdy folks,
Our first month on Steam Early Access and we walked from version 0001 to version 0008. I am taking of care of the art, code and music while you provide awesome feedback. Terrain textures inserted, ZQSD and Arrows support, new weapon, miniboss update, enemy respawn rebalanced, enemy AI rebalanced, mini HUD, new music tracks inserted and now I have fixed the tearing that appeared on some monitors.
Some of your suggestions are still being tested and may appear on the next updates. Some ideas sound nice but do not fit the game objective which is giving you intense 90 seconds of gameplay, with no fillers or farming. An arcade experience to fit your daily routine without consuming much time.
And now?
Let´s do another awesome development month.

UBERMOSH Update v0.008
Howdy folks,
it's been a busy week, the thugs AI got a tweak, respawns have been rebalanced, HUD inserted, previous score reference added on the top right corner and a few other changes designed to give you at least 3 combat postures during each procedural level. You will start hunting the first thug to get a gun. Manage the risk to find the "braniac" enemy as soon as possible and get his gun without being overwhelmed. With the gun advantage, beat enemies like rats aiming for a high score and get the SSS+ rank. All in 90 seconds. You can also keep stationary, cutting bullets, reflecting enemies destructive power, mix strategies or find your personal combat style.
The soundtrack DLC people asked on the Hub is now available, with some tracks that will appear only on the latest builds of UBERMOSH.

UBERMOSH Update v0.006 (HUDs and thugs)
Howdy folks,
two days ago UBERMOSH got the "30% more stuff on the screen" update. To keep your eyes focused on the action a HUD showing your remaining respawns will be next to our heroin...and... I inserted even more bandits in the pit. They will appear later in the game, so the difficulty will be the same for the starters and a new challenge and score opportunities for the Ace players.
People asked on the Hub for a Soundtrack DLC and I can say that soon you will be able to mosh out of the game too, let me just record a few more tracks to complete the album.

UBERMOSH Update v0.005! (30% +HARDCORE)
Howdy folks,
there will be lots of bullets on your screen because UBERMOSH is now 30% more hardcore.
You will see new thugs in the pit and twice the trouble with the miniboss.
Enemies will be a bit more evasive and they will not respawn very close to the character, giving you a fair challenge in the chaotic bullet hell. Some major changes are still under production and I am glad that I was able to do this weekly update on our quick adrenalin fix.

UBERMOSH v0.004 Update!
Howdy folks,
Do UBERMOSH is a constant quest to increase "awesome per second".
Your personal best may be reseted after this update, but you will see an enemy with the new status of miniboss, smarter and with a powerfull gun (that you can pick up after dealing with him) and it will not autoswap to weaker weapons. Guide GREEN (the protagonist) hunting the "miniboss" in the pit to get the gun advantage as soon as possible.
