Minor Patch

Here's some minor fixes and tweaks, while awaiting the big day next week.

- Fixed quest line getting stuck when returning to dimension 1
- Fixed necro shield sometimes not blocking same-frame damage
- Fixed issue with troops shooting through walls in Desert4
- Fixed archmage duplicating when leaving the stage mid fight
- Weakened Fire Mages a bit
- Reduced Critical strike chance in affixes
- Zooming out a bit on narrow aspect ratios

New Game+ Now Available

Alright, the day has come to release the final piece of the game content: the New Game+. For those who yearn even more to play after the full campaign, this is the solution. The NG+ will basically be endless: You can delve into as deep as you can but as far as we know, everyone will face defeat at some dimensional depth in the NG+.

However, please note that this first NG+ release has only the first dimension. The next update will open up the rest.

What to expect from Dimension 2?


  • Stronger enemies
  • Familiar unique items, but with much more power
  • Unit houses can be upgraded up to level 5!
  • Rune house can be upgraded up to level 5!
  • New rarity level for items. It holds 4 magical properties!

Currently we're working on the rest of localizations. This is the last step in the development cycle for the Steam release so we'll be soon announcing the full game launch date too.

Update With New Game+ And German Localization in Beta!

We've just pushed an update into the beta branch. It includes the New Game+ with the first "dimension" unlocked and German localization. So, if you've managed to beat the game, it's now possible to sit on the throne and change to another dimension with increased difficulty.

Minor Patch

Version 0.9.4 is bringing a bunch of bug fixes, with a few other tweaks and improvements, while we work on getting NG+ ready for you.

Full Campaign Available

The final part of the campaign is now available so the game can be completed. In the final part you'll face against Benevictus' personal guard of Battle Angels among other foes.

After of the campaign completion the next major update will include the NG+. In this mode you can replay the campaign again with higher difficulty. After this final major update, the game has all the planned features and can be considered a "full launch version". Stay tuned for the full launch date later.

Part 4 in Beta!

Part 4 is now in beta and you can complete the campaign! Some of the highlights include battles against Benevictus' Battle Angels and the "Citadel"-area where most of the action takes place.

However, this is not all - as we're beta testing Part 4, we're also working on NG+ which allows replay in higher difficulty levels. But for now: Grab the beta and send us feedback and we'll fix any major issues before moving the Part 4 into the default branch. Couple of Part 4 images below.





Version 0.9.2. - Misc Fixes & More Necrodome

0.9.2. is now available for everyone. It includes more Necrodome areas after you rescue enough nobles to unlock them. Some balancing, fixes and other tweaks also included.

Update in Beta: New Necrodome Areas!

There's a new update in the beta branch (0.9.2). The main highlight is the opening of two new Necrodome areas. We'll post a more detailed announcement when the update moves into the main branch.

Part 3 Now Available!

Here's our latest update - it will be known as version 0.9.1. Highlights from the update below!

Part 3





As we've moved the Part 3 update into main branch everyone can now continue their campaign. You'll be meeting a lot of interesting living like the pirates with their cannons and even more Winterlands inhabitants.

New Units





There's a good number of new units in the update including: The Lich, the Skeleton Mage, the Polar Bear, the Giant, the Wraith and the Shaman.

The Anvil





This is the crafting functionality in Undead Horde 2. It works by combining items. The current implementation is as follows.

The Main item will determine the main function and the first affix.

The Secondary item will be used to populate the needed affixes (0-3).

The Power item is used to determine the rarity & power level of the item.

There are some other rules also like the item DPS or other main attribute should be higher than the Main Item used if the main is lower than the power item. Also affixes will be generated randomly if there aren't enough in the first two items.

What's Next



We're currently working on smaller update which opens new Necrodome areas and includes more fixes. This is mostly done so we're preparing to publish this in beta. We're also working on Part 4 - the next major update - it will also arrive in beta soon.
