As compensation for the inconvenience experienced due to this issue, we have prepared the following items for affected Rune Hunters.

Compensation Period: Jun. 19 (Thu), 2025 18:50 ~ Jun. 22 (Sun), 2025 23:59 (UTC+9) ※ Compensation will be delivered via in-game mail and must be claimed manually. ※ Compensation will be provided once per account across all modes, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours). └ Rewards can only be claimed in either Standard or Season Mode. ※ Only accounts created before the time the mail is sent will be eligible to receive the compensation. Accounts created afterward will not be eligible.

UNDECEMBER will be undergoing a server patch on Jun. 19 (Thu) to address identified issues.

Jun. 19 Server Patch
1. Server Patch Schedule: Jun. 19 (Thu) 18:20 (UTC+9) * The server patch will proceed without maintenance. * The game will therefore be available to play while the server patch is underway.
2. Server Patch Details - Fixed an issue where the boss [Absinthiana] in Solo Descent Raids would disappear abnormally when its HP was fully depleted.
3. To Note - Please exit the game completely before logging in again for the patch to be applied. - Please note that you will not be able to enter the Auction House, Constellation of Time, Arena, Chaos Dungeons, and Eunos Dungeons for 10 minutes before and after the patch.
Please be advised that players may experience temporary disconnections while the patch is underway. We will always strive to maintain the quality and reliability of our services.
