We would like to inform you that UNDECEMBER will undergo scheduled maintenance on Jan. 23 (Thu) to provide even more reliable game services.

Maintenance Details 1) Descent Raid Hard Mode monsters' levels will be increased to 115 2) New Products and Packages in the Paid Shop will be added 3) Improvements and other changes will be made ■ Chaos Dungeon - The issue where the 'Mist of Illusion' event of Chaos Dungeon proceeds abnormally will be fixed. - The issue where certain Ashes monsters' resources were abnormally displayed will be fixed.
■ Constellation of Time - The issue where the topography of Aranea boss room in Constellation of Time is incorrect will be fixed.
■ Items - The issue where the options of gear 'Aphros's Story' were incorrectly applied will be fixed. - The function to merge Croco's Shoddy Fragments in Inventory will be removed.
■ Skills - The issue where 'Deadly Poison Claw' attack does not hit on the target in certain situations will be fixed.
■ Costume - The issue where certain costumes are displayed dimly will be fixed.
■ Arena - The issue where the mission count for 'Glorious Challenge' - 'Highest Arena Reward Chest Obtained' in Season Trials of Power Challenges does not work properly will be fixed. - The UI will be improved so that the monster option info can be scrolled down in Arena.
■ Attendance - The issue where the purchase period of Royal Ticket in Attendance is incorrectly displayed will be fixed.

Issue Regarding Payment In In-Game Paid Shop

On Jan. 19 (Sun), the issue where prices of certain packages in the Paid Shop were set higher than the intended prices has been found and fixed.

■ About Refund - Affected Users: If you had purchased the products above on Steam from after Jan. 9 (Thu) scheduled maintenance until before Jan. 19 (Sun) 18:30 (UTC+9), you can request a refund via Support. ※ However, the refund is available only when you purchased the product and did not obtain it from the Paid Shop Storage or use it. ※ Request for the refund can be submitted until Jan. 27 (Mon).
■ Additional Distribution of Diamonds - For purchasers who do not submit the request for a refund within the given period, additional Diamonds equivalent to the difference between the changed price and the previous price will be given. ㄴTrials of Power Package I: Additional 725 Diamonds (Paid 691, Free 34) ㄴTrials of Power Package II: Additional 940 Diamonds (Paid 872, Free 68) ※ These Diamonds will not be sent via mail but will be added to the Diamonds you own. ※ This measure will not be applied to accounts to which the refund above is given.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this maintenance. Please refer to the following information for details about the maintenance schedule.
■ System - [Settings] > [Accessibility] > [Obtaining Exclusion List] setting will be restored. - The max stacks of 'Essence' type items in the inventory will be increased to 100. - The issue where the shop name of 'Ore Collector Joyce' is incorrectly displayed will be fixed. - The issue where certain Stats of the Offering Event is incorrectly accumulated will be fixed. - The issue where Guild Raid rewards are not obtained correctly will be fixed. - The issue where the UI disappears when clicking the number key 5 will be fixed.
■ Constellation of Time - The issue where progress cannot be made correctly for Constellation of Time 'Aranea' will be fixed. - Types and quantities of certain Powerful Emotions dropped in Constellation of Time which are the same as the past content will be increased.
■ Quests - The issue where progress cannot be made correctly for Main Quest 'Finding Entry Ticket' will be fixed. - The issue where conditions for certain Season Challenges are incorrectly counted will be fixed. - The issue where rewards could be obtained without clearing Trials of Power Scenario Compendium quests.
■ Arena - Types and quantities of items dropped as the final rewards for Arena will be increased. - Stage 6 difficulty reward chest that drops a Soul Stone with a low chance will be added to the Arena. - Kill rewards for bosses summoned with an area essence will be increased. - The difficulty of Gladiator APC appearing in the Arena will be lowered. - Kill rewards for the final bosses of Arena, 'Manticore' and 'Ectasis', will be increased. - The issue where difficulties of the final bosses of Arena, 'Manticore' and 'Ectasis', are set incorrectly low will be fixed. - The issue where certain Stats are stacked in the boss stage of Arena will be fixed.
■ Items - The issue where options of 'Twilight Veil' and 'Transcendent Twilight Veil' are incorrectly applied will be fixed. - The issue where font colors are incorrectly displayed when a 'Monster Spirit' is dropped will be fixed. - Improvements will be made so that the Zodiac Sprinter is not used immediately after obtaining it.
■ Monsters - The issue where resources of certain monsters are incorrectly displayed will be fixed.

Regarding Convenience Improvement Plans after the Update

Improvements to be Made - 'Obtaining Exclusion List' function will be restored. ※ [Settings > Accessibility > Obtaining Exclusion List] function has been removed in the recent update for future improvements. ※ We understand many Rune Hunters are experiencing inconvenience due to the removal of this function, and we will restore the function as soon as possible.
- 'Essence items' stack size' will be extended to up to 100. ※ Essence's stacking is increased from 30 to 100 to enable more enjoyable gameplay.
2. Known Issues after the Update - We are currently working on the known issues found after the update. ■ Event Period - After the Jan. 9 (Thu) 2025 maintenance - Until before the Season end
■ Event Details - During the event period, rewards for the 'Season Challenge' available in the Season Mode will become even more abundant to celebrate the 3rd Anniversary. - You can obtain points by completing the given Challenges with a Season Mode character, and rewards will be given according to the total obtained points. - Rewards for the total points can be obtained by pressing the [Receive Reward] button on the [Season Challenge] page. ※ The Season Challenges for the 3rd Anniversary Celebration Event are based on the account, and the mission progress and obtained points and rewards of the Event are shared between characters.
■ Event Rewards ※ [3 Year Anniversary] Re:Birth Unique Selection Chest and [3 Year Anniversary] Traum's Unique Selection Chest obtained at 190 points and 360 points, and Unique Gear obtained from those chests are obtained bound to the character as 'Storage Unavailable', 'Untradeable' and 'Auction Registration Unavailable'.
