Recent updates about UnderHuman

Dear Friends

Sorry for being silent for the recent couple of weeks.
We've been busy making changes to the game and trying for new arts.

Though we made some radical changes to the game so there is not immediate update you could try out, a couple of we would like to share with you guys

1: We have teamed up with SakuraGame. They will be our publisher and partner in remaking the game.

2: New art direction was being tested. It's very promising.

3: The game will come back as a new title, but UnderHuman will get a couple more updates(though it would not come back to market place)

4: During the last couple of weeks, a large portion of levels have been remade for gameplay improvements.

5: Chemistry system is greatly enhanced. Now fire would melt ices, electric will ignite poison gas and a lot more. This will allow some interesting chain effects.

There is not yet a definite time table for the game, but we will keep you posted for any news.

And we will resume the updates for UnderHuman once we have cleared up the recent changes so you could try out new things.

Happy New Year! And a few words about the current situation.

Happy New Year everyone, we hope you all the best in 2018.

We wrote to Steam telling them we plan to remove the game from store in short time and make some major updates, and the 2nd day, the game was removed.

It happens quickly and caught us in surprise too(I thought it would take a couple of weeks).

Anyway, we are doing some major updates to make the game , during the time(a couple of month in plan) we would not be able to frequently update.

We do hope to bring back a much better game really soon.

The game might not come back as UnderHuman, if that happens, we would give everyone who already bought UnderHuman a free copy of the new game.

Patch update7.1 Fixes to new UIs

This update is mostly a patch to Update7, for there are devices not tested and some UI is not easy to use.

1: Fixed a bug where some XBox gamepad cannot be recognized
2: Now you could hit cancel key to go back to categories in Gallery UI
3: Fixed locking when attached to ladders
4: Changed how default input layout work to avoid conflict for 3rd party gamepads
5: Changed the rate an NPC appears

Merry Christmas, and Update 07

Merry Christmas, sorry for the mute for the entire week.
Been working on some major UI changes and it took longer than we expected, hope you will enjoy the update!

For the updates:

0: Christmas presents from nice Catherine.
Meet her in the game and she might surprise you.
By the way, you might not meet her as often as the previous version.LOL.

1: Customizable Input UI and PS4 gamepad support.
Go Settings, controls to change the default layout for input, PS4 gamepads might be mis-recognized as a 3rd party gamepad, but it will work just fine as a XBox One gamepad!

2: Gallery is available from the title screen.
Check out what you have experience and what is to come.
All current props can be unlocked as you play and some major update is under development.

3: More hidden chambers
And even more to come.

4: Room layout changed slightly
As for the current EA version we need to consolidate the gameplay and not much new rooms added, there will be much more to come as we consider the way we construct rooms is good enough, so give us a mail or comment to tell us what you think!

5: Prop categorized and more info show as you see or get them.
Now the UI also provides more info and it should be clearer than before.

6: Inventory and Equipment UI are merged as one.

7: Slightly modified the way locked shooting works.

8: Bugfixes.

Sorry we missed the last update due to some unexpected problems. here goes update No 6, we hope you will like it!

1: Fixed counting problem with Achievements
2: Added new action - shooting on ladders and hangers
3: Modified hanger interaction. Now hanging happens automatically and you need to press jump+down to go off.
4: Modified ladder interaction, hold up to attach to ladders automatically
5: Now you could jump in midair if multi jump is enabled
6: Fixed bug that some prop might cause dash to disappear
7: Added some sound sfx
8: Modified UI interaction, now Jump key works as Cancel to leave most UIs.
9: Fixed Button display error, Changed Inventory and Equipment UI
