Update 6/29/2017
We have some minor bug fixes going out in this update. We seem to have fixed all known bugs at this time and things seem to have landed at a stable place for the game.

We thank everyone who has helped us figure out some of the issues and please do continue to report any problems you may have to the Steam discussion boards so we can fix them up.

Thank everyone for all your support and we will continue to support Unreal Estate and let you all know what is coming next for Afterthought Games as we move forward as a good old indie studio. :)

Update 6/25/2017
We have been hard at work for the past few days tracking down connectivity issues in multiplayer and working to make the Thieves Guild card work in some rare situations.

We should have less disconnects now as we managed to find and fix a couple problems with that part of the game. We also managed to find and fix two hard to pin down errors with the Thieves guild card. This should make this card a lot more stable and have less chance to error out when the game picks cards and hands for a player that is taking too long in multi player.

We are continuing to work on things as they come in to us and are pleased to have such a responsive player base building. Thanks for supporting Unreal Estate and Afterthought Games, now go build a city.

Update for 6/24/2017
We pushed out a build this afternoon that should fix the crashing issue when the AI plays the Thieves Guild card in single player action. We are still trying to track down the cause of the Thieves Guild crash in multiplayer, but rest assured we are working on it. If someone can send us an email of exactly what they did when it happens, if they notice, that would be a huge help. We are having a hard time reproducing the issue as it seems to be a rare occurrence. Hello all,

The latest build fixed a lot of problems with our international buyers. If you were unable to run the game previously and stopping on a white screen, or unable to click any buttons we have that fixed. Thank you to everyone that helped us track down these issues.

We also noticed that some installs were not always being installed with all the files, probably due to massive server load from the summer sale. If you run into a white screen crash upon launching please do the following...

Everyone who is getting the White screen. This seems to be a Steam Install issue. Please, right click on Unreal Estate in the steam client, then click on "Properties". In there go to the third tab which is "Local Files" and click on "Verify the Integrity of game files". This should say that you are missing files, and it will then download the missing ones.

Latest Update 6/19/2017
This update we have improved the "New User" experience. We fixed up the rules page that appears if a user says they have not played Unreal Estate before to be more understandable and make sure the player flips through all the pages before moving on.

This should make it so players do not accidentally close the screen out before getting to know how to play the game fully. If you are one of the players that never got a chance to read the full instructions please do click the Gear icon in the lower left of the game screen and there is a Document icon in there with a "?" on it. That icon will open the instructions page for you to flip through. There are arrows to the left and right of the instructions for you to flip the pages.

Please keep the input coming so we can improve your experience and thank you for your support.

We have a couple little things to do to get the achievements and stats working, but we should be launching on Friday officially. If you are eager to try the game out you can check us out on Google Play or GameJolt rigth now.
