Easy to pick up and play but so difficult to put down, Upwards, Lonely Robot will push gamers’ platforming skills to the limit as they ascend a series of increasingly-challenging towers while trying to avoid the lurking enemies and traps above. Each tower climbed unlocks a little more of the mystery as the plot to find the Lonely Robot’s creator deepens in the many twisting and absorbing levels.
The demo will allow players access to a section of the story mode giving them a taste of the intuitive gameplay, amazing visuals and features of Upwards, Lonely Robot as they scale the dizzying heights, all in a tense battle against the clock.
The full game, which is out now for Windows, includes several exciting single player and multiplayer modes for gamers to keep the platform climbing chaos going for hours on end - although the real challenge will be putting the controller down.

Just to add, there have been a number of bug fixes that are so small there's no need to list them, you probably never even noticed them in the first place ;)

Borderless Windowed added!
On our journey upwards we have realised there were some refresh rate issues that a few of you little robots have been experiencing. Oddly this was fixed by ADDING borderless windowed mode to the game, who would have thought! (or is it thunk?)
As a result you can now rest at peace that a few bugs here and there have been nicely ironed out and that we can all climb to the top with the safe knowledge that when real life calls, or your favourite app on your second monitor demands your attention, we have you covered :)
We would love to take the opportunity to thank our small community of devoted robots for the passion you have shown Upwards, Lonely Robot. We would also like to thank all the reviews and the amazing scores we have received, these are far higher than what we would have expected and we really appreciate the love and time everyone has given us.

It gives a hint at what the story of our Lonely Robot might be or could be don't worry, no spoilers ;) and hopefully you get the first feel of what the game play has to offer.
The most appealing thing about this game that we have heard from the press/YouTubers and Streamers is that the controls are solid. Honestly as a developer we are gregariously pleased to hear feed back such as this, but it also hopefully can transfer to you guys understanding the feel of the game.
Let us know what you like or dislike about our trailer so that we can make a really nice one for the final release on March the 10th this year.
