Balance adjustment
-Deleted Converter's 'gather all resource' function. It was too OP when used with Vaccine V/mProtect.
-Rocky's damage increased by 150%. Good boy.
-Pills-Analyzation(x/4 Pills)'s damage increased by 50%, critical damage decreased by 64%.

Bugfix
-Fixed bug that skin can't be unselected.
-Fixed bug about Blaster Worm's laser beam got strange collision mask.
-Fixed bug that when target can be spotted in screen but its exact position is outside screen, character stop aiming.
-Fixed bug that when mob is outside map, changing direction, and its closest vaccine destroyed, all in same frame, game crashes. pew!
-Fixed bug that playing Expert mode resets Perks until restart game. THAT WAS BIG.
-Fixed bug that trying to place blocks in invalid position still costs resource, while blocks not placed. THAT WAS BIG.
-Fixed visual bug that occurs when level up in more than 16:9 monitor.
-Fixed bug that new portrait/skin/achievement alarm in title screen displayed too small.

1.6 update will probably be after my next semester, which means late 2021 or early 2022.
