New patch available
Hello everyone! First of all, thanks for your helpful feedback: we inform you that a new patch for Valentino Rossi The Game has just been released. Here's the changelog:
- Multiplayer stability fixes.
- Multiplayer Menu fixes.
- Localization fixes.
The game crashes that happened during some online multiplayer sessions have been fixed, as well as some malfunctions in the menu. Finally, we have corrected some in-game texts.
Online connectivity on PC
Following your issue reports related to online connectivity on the PC platform, we have upgraded our network. We look forward to hear your feedback regarding disconnection problems and general online stability!

Quick update
we have just released a small fix that solves most of the issues that prevented some people to play online and to unlock new achievements. Achievements are now back. Concerning the online connection issues, here's a little guide to what changes after the patch:
- If you have never created a Milestone account or you are starting the game for the first time, just launch the game and play normally.
- If you have created a Milestone account through the Network section of the launcher and you logged in before, just launch the game and play normally
- If you have created a Milestone account and disconnected from the network section of the laucher OR formatted/reinstalled the game, you must log in using your credentials through the network section of the launcher. If you don't do so, your online progression will start from zero (basically, if you don't log in with your older account the game will automatically create another account)
- If you have lost your credentials, you can contact our customer support at http://www.milestone.it/supporto
Online and achievements issues
yesterday we have released a patch on Steam that moved our online infrastructure from our servers to the Steam servers, in order to guarantee a better and more stable experience for everyone. Unfortunately, we are now experiencing an issue that could prevent some users to play online.
Previously, the game required every user to create an account from the "Network" section of the game's launcher. If you have already created an account, please don't log off. If you have logged off, you can log in using you credentials. Anyway, if you have lost your credentials or you have never created an account, at the moment you will be unable to join the online features of the game.
Also, we are aware of another issue that prevents all the players to unlock new achievements on Steam.
We want to inform our PC users that we are working to solve both issues as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
