Added a random option to stage selection in versus mode.

Fixed an issue where the game would not finish loading if disconnected during loading in a match.
Adjusted so that only the room master can open the pause menu.
Added messages for in-room events such as instructions, disconnections, and forced exits.
Added automatic logout when the PC enters sleep mode while in a room.

Added special spells - Reimu: Dream Sign "Duplex Barrier" [Effects] Creates a barrier that nullifies ranged attacks for a limited amount of time. The barrier has durability, and will disappear when its durability is reduced to 0.
- Marisa: Celestial Apparatus "Orreries Solar System" [Effects] Creates a magic circle that follows self and automatically shoots star bullets at any approaching opponents.
- Youmu: Spell is taking more time than expected to implement and will be added at a later date.
- Patchouli: Sun Wood Sign "Photosynthesis" [Effects] Shines a light above own head. While under the light, boost recovery speed increases. The light follows self slowly, and will lag behind during fast movement.
- Remilia: Fitful Nightmare [Effects] Shoots bullets in all directions.
- Cirno: Freeze Sign "Freeze Atmosphere" [Effects] Creates ice objects that follow self slowly and reduce the boost recovery speed of any opponents within range.
- Meiling: Colorful Flip "Fluttering Petals and Falling Leaves" [Effects] Rise high into the air, spin once, and perform a hammer kick.
- Clownpiece: Hellfire "Infernal Essence of Grazing" [Effects] Raises own gauge recovery rate of grazes for a limited amount of time.
