Vengeance 2.2 Update Out Now!
Hey Soldiers,
Welcome to the first update in 2022! As you probably know 99% of the Team is currently working on our new game Projekt Z, but sometimes we find some time to work on Vengeance. With today's update, we will improve the game's base movement, maps, and gunplay.
Added New Weapon "VAHAN" The VAHAN is an assault rifle of Soviet/Armenian origin and was designed by Engineer and Firearms Designer Vahan S. Manasian. The weapon dates back to 1952 as the MBC-2 when Manasian was a soldier in the Soviet Army. As of 2009, The VAHAN rifle has not yet been tested by the Armenian government.
Added New Map "Icebreaker" A Cargoplane from the USA crashed in Russian territory. It's your task as the USE to defend the cargo from the resistance!
Quality of Life Improvements
Construction Site Rework In version 2.0, we reworked the map Construction Site, and at the time it got released, we were happy with the design we came up with, but after a bit of time, we decided to solve some of the design flaws we found. You and your team fight for a construction site where the USE placed a military base to push back the resistance who captured the town a few weeks prior.
Area314 Rework For the Area314 rework, we decided to change the visual style of the map. It now has a much darker and colder tone. We also fixed some flaws regarding cover and unfair advantage points.
Skyscraper Lighting Changes Since the release of the map Skyscraper, we had some problems with the quality of the Lightmaps. We now reworked the lighting for some of the areas and improved the quality of the reflections.
Hideout Temporary Removed While we already reworked a lot of maps, we want to bring "Hideout" to the same standard as the other maps, so we decided to remove "Hideout" temporarily from the map pool. Hideout will get re-released later in 2022.
Hitmarker Visual Improvements In update 2.2, we also looked at things like the Hitmaker and thought that we can still make some improvements there. So in order to make the Hitmaker more satisfying, we made him a little bit more dynamic.
Killfeed Improvements We found that the abrupt Killfeed is not really up to our usual standards, so we added a dynamic fade to it, to make it look nicer.
TDM & DOM (Team) UI Improvements We found it really hard to see in what team you are in modes like Domination or Team Deathmatch, so we updated the UI for a better understanding.

Vengeance 2.1 Update Out Now!
Hey Soldiers,
and thank you for all the feedback from the CTE branch, it showed us that even without an active player base people are willing to help us improve the game! In the last post, we also told you that we give away keys for the Supporter Pack for the people that help us find bugs, etc.

Changed Unity version to 2021.1 We've updated our engine version from Unity 2020.3 to unity 2021.1 to get more features out of the current URP.
New Content
Added New Weapon "UMP" The UMP was designed in the 1990s by Heckler & Koch, as a cheaper, lighter alternative to the MP5, which made heavy use of polymers. The UMP first entered production in 2000 and is now playable in Vengeance!
Quality of Life Improvements
Added a Better Round End Screen transition We thought the way the matches end is way too hard of a cut, so we added a new fade to every ending round.
Added Killstreak Tracker You now have a way to see how many kills you are away from every killstreak.
Changed Medal Design We thought that it is hard to identify what every medal stands for because of that we changed them. They should also fit with our current art direction.
Changed Level Icons We thought the old red level icons weren't fitting for the current art direction we are aiming for and because of that, we changed them.
Changed Gun Game Logic You now need two kills per gun and the round ends after reaching the time limit. You also get random attachments on every weapon now!
Changed Scopes for AKM, AKs Some of the weapon scopes were blocked by the iron sight so we changed some of the scopes to fix that.
Changed Frag Behavior We felt that the frag grenades were a bit too bouncy so we reduced the bounciness and changed a few other values.
Changed some objects on Raid We found out that some of the models used for the map Raid are very unoptimized so we replaced them.
Improved Famas Ironsight We found out that players have problems with the current Famas Ironsight because of that, we gave the Famas a new one.

We are also working on a new Map called "Skyscraper"!
About the Xbox Version
We are also working very hard on the Xbox version of the game and we cannot wait until console players can experience Vengeance as well! Our goal for the Xbox Version is:
