Echo Ray, the creator of the Venineth soundtrack, performs with Konrad Baran playing the vibraphone. You will hear themes known from the game in a different, more "analog" arrangement, and also new compositions.

About the event:
Echo Ray feat Konrad Baran is an eclectic meeting of two musical worlds, ambient and experimental electronics and a vibraphone with jazz roots. Their concerts are a territory of exploring the nooks and crannies of sound and improvised forms, and the whole is based on Echo Ray's compositions. The spectrum of sounds will include field recordings made in the wild corners of Polish nature, which refer to nature as an inspiration, as well as sound sources, synthesizers, effects and samples will combine the aspect of space and technology, and finally acoustic instruments that express human need extracting sounds and organizing them into structures called music.
EchoRay is a project of the composer, music producer, multi-instrumentalist and sound designer Artur Zedanja. Echo Ray moves mainly in the field of electronic music, especially in the areas of ambient and experimental music. It uses a wide spectrum of analog and digital sound synthesis, making use of processed field recordings, acoustic and electro-acoustic instruments. In 2020, the debut double album "Behind The Mirrors Of Infinity" was released, which is also the soundtrack of the game "Venineth".
Konrad Baran - He graduated from Jazz and Stage Music at the Academy of Music. Feliks Nowowiejski in Bydgoszcz. In playing the vibraphone, he uses a unique six-stick technique, which he had the opportunity to perfect during his studies under the watchful eye of Karol Szymanowski, one of the leading Polish jazz vibraphonists, the author of the six-stick technique. In his compositions, Konrad Baran refers to widely understood improvised music and to the works of Scandinavian musicians, such as Jakob Bro, Esbjörn Svensson or Søren Dahl Jeppesen. He had the opportunity to perform at concerts organized as part of the Echo Sonda in Rzeszów, the Bydgoszcz Jazz Academy and at festivals such as Drums Fuzje and Krakow's Synestezje.

Fixed bug, which made the frostball impossible to freeze waterfall without touching the water surface,

Today is a month since the release of Venineth. On this occasion, we have prepared this update. The main feature is the first person ball mode, with and without a crosshair. In addition, for players for whom disappearing platforms are too difficult, we have prepared a small cheat. More in the description under the spoiler.

Hi!
As you well know, the original release date was set for the year 4019. By employing hyper-modern QA AI, we were able to move this date a little closer...
But seriously, after over four years of work (after hours), the game is already finished. We make the final touches, correct bugs, make some changes and optional facilitations, thanks to which the game will be friendly also for more casual players (more info soon).

Project status:
The game is on bug fixing, balancing and polishing stage, and it's getting closer to finish.
Thanks to the fact that someone put the game on torrents and warez sites (free beta from itch.io, not the full game), we gained additional traffic and a significant increase in wishlists on steam. Thank you also for your warm comments under YouTube videos, thanks to which we gained additional motivation to work in a difficult period.

No changes in UI /options at the moment, but we are working on it. For now we're focusing on the rest of the game.
Current state of the project:
We're close to finish all levels in the beta state, more than 20 levels, that means 5-10 hours of gameplay in total. Huge amount of work, too huge for just two devs... but we can do it! Thank you for your patience!
We would like to create a game without any text understood in any language. Our inspiration are games like Samorost 3 by Amanita Design. We improved the readability of icons, but if something else is still incomprehensible let us know in the comments!

A small hint showing the way on first world:
The first 5 minutes of the game is the most important and we noticed that some players felt lost, that's why we added a small hint, but it appears only through the first half of the level, then you have to deal with yourself.
