We're part of the Indie Megabooth! New build at PAX East with Oculus Rift support!
Now that Christian is back at home, safe and sound after his GDC adventure, we've got some very exciting news to announce. Not only will we be heading across to PAX East this April, but we're also part of the prestigious Indie Megabooth.
We're down in the bottom right corner!
Christian will be there with Lex from Surprise Attack Games, decked out in full Steampunk attire. We'll also have a brand new build of the game to showcase, which also happens to include Oculus Rift support. It would be great to meet those of you who can make it along to the show, and we will have some limited edition merch available at the booth (more on that later).
Once PAX East is done and dusted, our next goal will be to release a new course for those of you who have the game on Steam Early Access. After that we'll be opening our first major community vote, where you get to decide what we work on next! Exciting times ahead golfers! "
Vertignous Golf Update 0.41
Our first update since hitting Steam Early Access is here, addressing most of the feedback gathered from our awesome community members. Your input via The Bugs and The Official Ideas discussion hasn't gone unnoticed, and we thank you for your contributions.
You will find the change log below, but major implementations include a Restart Hole button, cursor lock during gameplay, ability to turn off sound effects and some minor tweaks to certain holes. The update is available right now via Steam - if it doesn't download automatically, restart your client and you should receive it.
So where to now? Next week we're aiming to give you guys the first development feature vote, and we may even have some cool T-Shirt design contest for those who feel like getting a little creative. Christian is currently at GDC while Paul is at home working on the game, so progress is moving along nicely.
Keep the feedback coming, keep fighting on the leaderboards, and we'll speak to you all soon!

Steam Early Access Is Live - What To Expect Next
This weekend was certainly a hectic one. Our game launched a good seven hours before it was scheduled to go live on Steam Early access, and as a result we all woke up to an influx of requests and tasks that needed to be completed. We got there in the end, but it was certainly a surprising start to our day.
First of all, a huge thanks to everyone who has supported the game over the weekend. All the tweets that went out, all the live streams, and all those great YouTube videos were not only a huge boost to our morale during such a busy time, but they also provided a great wealth of important feedback.
It's been fantastic to see so many of you sending bugs and ideas our way via the community hub, and the Steam forums. Not only have we been responding to everything we can, but Paul has already thrown a bunch of your requests into his active development task list. You can check the progress via the Trello board.
Which leads us to the next question many of you have been asking - what's coming next? Our first point of call is to release an update incorporating as much of your feedback as possible. Paul and Christian are working on that as we speak, and as soon as we have a feature complete list, we'll share that info with you.
Then Christian is off to GDC where he'll be showcasing the game. When he returns from the trip, it will be all hands on deck towards our first major update. You'll also get to vote on what features that update will entail, which should start taking place in the next two or three weeks.
From that moment on we're aiming to release new courses regularly for testing, and your feedback during that phase will be invaluable when it comes to finding a balance between fun and torture.
So for now, keep the feedback flowing in, tell your family, friends and even enemies about the games, and we'll see you on the leaderboards! All voting for the next iteration will take place on our Vertiginous Golf community site, so don't forget to to sign up.
Early Access Is Now Live!
After months of development and planning, the Early Access of Vertiginous Golf is here! We're really excited to get it out there in the open, and with some significant updates to previous versions of the game we have showcased, we're really looking forward to getting your feedback!
Moving forward our focus is going to be involving the community every opportunity that we get. As a player, you will have the chance to contribute to major development decisions, and to help us craft the world of Vertiginous Gofl. To be involved, check out our Community hub
Those who purchased the game on Humble should see a Steam Key when they go to their downloads page. Sorry for the late response on this, Valve actually launched the game a few hours earlier than we expected!
