4/13 update

- Fixed bug where crane controls would stop working
- Various optimizations to reduce CPU usage spikes

- Fixed bug where you can't create new save slots (may have also fixed bugs where data was being loaded from the wrong slot)
- Fixed bug where the game could save as you died from fall damage or falling into lava
- Fixed some odd behaviour when a teleport is interrupted
- Fixed bug where keys are not detected properly if you carry them in your hands through loading screens in Assembly Required
- Fixed elevator door after final boss not opening (again. Maybe it'll work this time)
- Fixed unreliable UI in kauboi dialog
- Fixed subtitles extending outside their text box
- Updated controller bindings to make it harder to crouch accidentally
- Fixed bug causing music in credits to sound weird
- Fixed holy guards being killable if you commit sacrilege

- Fixed bug where elevator door is closed after final boss fight

4/4 bugfixes + balance

- Fixed bug that causes you to fall through floor at end of Ghronto fight
- Fixed some elevator UI being unreliable
- Made it so you can grab AK bolt from any angle

Proof I have mercy:
- Reduced number of enemy boats in great sea
- Added checkpoint before phase 2 of Sintho fight

4/2 patch

- Made F1 key open dev console in addition to the tilde key
- Fixed bug where you would not respawn on boat in Great Sea
- Fixed bug where final boss could end up outside arena, softlocking the fight
- Fixed assembly door UI being unreliable
- Fixed player grenades not splashing in water
- Fixed hearttree leaf doors not opening if you return to them a second time
- Slightly lowered difficulty of igneosaur on easy mode
- Slightly lowered health of Saplord
- Adjust crane controls, may be less likely to lock up
- Fixed NaniRun minigame highscore not working

EDIT - additional changes

- Fixed game timer not working
- Fixed objects held in hands not consistently making it through level loads
- Fixed thermal vault door being closed if you load a checkpoint after opening it

3/31 hotfix

- Fixed warehouse elevator UI interaction being unreliable
- Fixed revolver hand pose being flipped when in left handed mode
- Fixed teleporting on escalators sending you out of bounds
- Fixed Visual C++ Redistributable not being included in the game, causing issues for people that didn't have it installed
- Fixed teleport and switch weapon being bound to same button when in left handed mode with flipped input
- Made captions follow view up and down

3/30 hotfix

- Added a failsafe for when brian gets stuck on the elevator
- Fixed a rare bug where Therus would stop progressing in Bon Voyage
- Fixed a bug when you pick up the Quad Bow while holding another weapon

Demo Patch 3/16

Hi Vertigoers,
I've updated the demo with a variety of bug fixes, new options, and other polish. No new content or anything, just a smoother experience.

Here's a complete list of the changes:

- Fixed some major bugs causing game to break after loading save
- Improved iron sights on revolver
- Improved BAMM model to reduce self intersection
- Rewrote UI code
- Improved low health fx
- Added options to change low health fx (in comfort settings)
- Added option to disable blood and gore
- Removed subtitles from some enemy voice lines cause they tend to spam
- Added HUD options
- made player immune to damage while loading a level, should fix softlocks where you die while exiting the level
- fixed thrown/dropped objects not keeping velocity when player is moving
- fixed bug where left hand would accidentally grab inventory and glitch out
- fixed health stations injecting even when empty
- BAMM health display is no longer rounded to the nearest 5%
- fixed bug causing some audio sources to become inaudible too quickly
- improved some audio culling to increase audio performance
- Teleporter now automatically sticks to valid targets to make teleporting more reliable
- Added some teleport blockers to prevent skips
- Added theme song vocals
- Added analog smooth turning
- Added joystick scrolling on UI
