Patches and clarifying issues
First of all, a big, big thank you to everyone who's purchased Viking Vengeance! We are so thrilled to finally see you guys playing it! We've put all our effort and passion into this game for over two and a half years, and your support and understanding means the world to us.
We have just pushed the first 3 updates in the first 24 hours since the release, here are the patch notes: -sound saving fixed -screen shake and motion blur saving fixed -boars made less aggressive and removed the knockback -reviving skeleton on the beach now mentions it can only be killed by execution -only icon blink notification for achievements -no more dwarf gold drop in dwarf realm unless you finished the main quest there. -stackable gold ingots -materials while stacking sometimes disappear issue fixed -Wotan tips appear less often -Small fixes including Spawning Point Stage 3 "Woodland" -Languages Bug Resolved (these were only placeholders for devs, until we receive the actual professional languages) -Resolution was not saving issue Resolved -Graphics Quality was not saving issue Resolved
We've also removed the Gods Voices.
We are very sorry about the bugs and issues some of you've encountered and are very thankful for your support, reporting and understanding. We are a tiny team of 2 full time devs and 2 part time animators who have put everything we had in Viking Vengeance, all our time and passion and personal finances, for the past two and a half years. We know that it's not an excuse and that you as a customer should not care, but we want you to know that we did not want your experience to be hindered by such issues.
We will continue to try improving the experience in the game and fix as many bugs you report as humanly possible. We only have one programmer but he will put all the work needed.
We are so, so sorry about the messy bugs many of you have encountered, and doing our best to fix everything so that you can enjoy Viking Vengeance, at its fullest. After putting all our effort, love, and energy into this game, you can imagine how heart-breaking it is for us to see some of your disappointments. Apologies again!
We promise to keep fixing and updating the game in the following weeks.
