hey everyone,

first of all we would like to apologize for the lack of communication.
We did not handle the situation very well.
We (neal and i) made village feud as a fun project, with no prior experience of developing real games.
we finished the project in 6 months of on and off developing and when everything was as good as we could make it our friends and family told us to share it on steam.
not thinking anything of it we uploaded it to steam and we tought maybe 10 people would even see it.

The first night we had 9 sales (including friends and family), hooray, that was way more then we expected. most liked the game how it was and some had suggestions.
We tried to fulfill every suggestion. but the suggestions came faster then we could fix things. the suggestions were also all about game features, but after a solid 2 weeks of trying to add things we came to the conclusion that we promised to much.. next to that prettymuch every thing in the game was made verry inafficient and to fix that we would pretty much do the entire game over.
So we promised to much new features while the entire game shouldve been fixed first. we got kind of scared because we werent able to deliver what we promised. the discord made us really anxious.
So this game started out as a fun project which developed into a unfinished game, but we were still really proud and everyone encouraged us to put it on steam. after finishing the game we didnt have any motivation left, after all we tought it was done. but then suggestions came rolling in and we didnt want to dissapoint.


As you might have guessed were not continuing to develop this game (since we'll have to start from scratch).
2 months ago we found new motivation to develop again, but as of now it wont be village feud 2.
In the furture we will probably make a more improved version of our original idea but we havent started yet.

Fourth update!



Hey everyone,

the new update is here!

Changes this patch:

  • All singleplayer modes are updated
  • Hard mode is harder
  • Dying now costs money in singleplayer
  • Workers can take more hits in singleplayer and multiplayer
  • Added inverted mouse option
  • Bug with the mine is fixed
  • No more floating units
  • Online performance


Were currently working on performance improvements and animations to make combat feel better. After that we'll work on sounds and music. Thanks for sticking with us.

Hey everyone,

Small update today

Changes this patch:

  • Small changes in the map
  • Escape now works as pause button in singleplayer
  • Some people got stuck between houses lmao so we moved them a bit.
  • Multiplayer bug fixes

We launched this game not thinking anyone would actually play it, and boy were we wrong. We are blown away by the positive feedback and we will do everything to make this game as good as it can be. Here is our roadmap going into the future.

We are excited to share with you that the singleplayer map is now here!

Changes this patch:

  • Singleplayer map update!
  • Barbarians in the singleplayer map!
  • Minimum gold of -200
  • UI improvements
  • Exponential growth in money loss over a death has decreased
  • Its now possible to change region
  • You will now respawn with full health
  • Spelling errors corrected
  • UI works for every resolution (even stretched)

Update 6-24-2019

First update!



Hey everyone,

We are blown away by the positive feedback! Thank you so much for giving our game a try!

Firstly we wanted to say that we had problems with non euro/dollar/pound countries, they were not able to purchase the game, this is now fixed!

We weren´t quite sure how to do patch notes so this one will cover all patches so far!


  • global hitmaker sound (yikes) [removed]
  • unable to buy arrows in single player [fixed]
  • small map update
  • online wall archer bug [fixed]
  • player bow bug [fixed]


Some players are having issues with the resolutions, to fix this press ALT when starting the game. This allows you to decide your resolutions mannualy.

We are listening to your feedback and we'll be sure to update a few thing in the near future.
