When you log in with a character below Lv. 70 and progress through [ID Event: Raw Recruit Reward] with the Strange Traveler at Colhen Inn, you will receive a care package for new mercenaries. - When you talk to the Strange Traveler with a Lv. 70+ character, you will be advised to progress with a character below Lv. 70.
You will be told about the recruiting story and receive the [Newbie's Care Package] (Limited Sharing), which can be opened only by characters at Lv. 70 or below.
When you open the care package, you will find additional boxes that can be opened only at certain levels or above. When you reach the end at Lv. 105, you can claim the final reward.
