Global Leaderboard and More - (0.2.9)

For this update I have finally thrown together a global leaderboard so you can see how your putting compares to others around the world. It currently will display just the top 10 but I'll change that to 50 or something if more people start playing.

Other Additions/Fixes:

- Added some detail to leaderboards
- Fixed a bug allowing the club to collide with the menu
- Fine tuned haptic feedback on ball strikes so it is more responsive to the speed of your swing giving added realism
- Added a boat as a target on the driving range which will do something (have to play to see) when you hit it
- Changed the music and waves volume toggles in the pro-shop to sliders for increased customization
- Fixed some inconsistencies in haptic feedback for menus and clubs on multiple holes
- Fixed a bug on the driving range which caused balls to stop appearing if you switched which hand was holding the club

Thanks for playing.

Driving Range and Bug Fixes - (0.2.8)

I'm still working on new holes but in the meantime I decided it would be fun to include a driving range If you feel the desire to knock endless golf balls into the ocean. I'll admit I tested for longer than I needed to because I was enjoying it so much. It has the standard ball tracker and distance counter and the scoreboard remembers your best drive.
Additionally, I noticed that almost all of the features I added last update were not working properly (if at all), so this update should fix all of the bugs from the previous update. Thanks for the patience ːsteamhappyː

See driving range here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=793572565

Specific Bugs Fixed:

- Problem initializing connection to Steamworks API, Steam name should now appear above keyboard after completing the final hole

- Problem with "selection orbs" on the new menu options (Now displaying and hiding properly)

- Player now spawns on appropriate side of the ball via hand preference selection at the beginning of the round

-Instead of pulling the trigger to reverse club direction, the proper club will just spawn (should work perfectly now)

Added some menu options and terrain detail - (0.2.7)

For this update I've added a few things which were recommended by a helpful user.

- Now a "reset one stroke" and "reset hole" option on the application menu

- Can now select whether you shoot left or right at the beginning of a round (still buggy, club randomly switches back on new holes sometimes), which will also re-position the players initial spawn point

- Added terrain details for hopefully a more realistic look (feedback welcome)

- The leaderboard entry should default to your steam name now if you fill nothing out, you still must press enter on the keyboard though. (Still a WIP might not work)

-also added some fog for extra depth on map

New Drive-able Golf Cart!! - (0.2.6)

I thought it would be fun to include a golf cart that would let you drive around the course so that teleportation isn't the only method of locomotion. It might make you a bit nauseous at first (it did for me) but once I included a method of governing the max speed and turn sensitivity I found it to be a lot of fun driving to my ball instead of porting all the time. If it's not for you, you can always just ignore it and keep teleporting.
Also this update includes another tweak to the ball physics (I'm always modifying them) making it easier to strike the ball a farther distance and also hopefully eliminating some of the prolonged rolls.
Thanks for playing!

Major Update is here!

It's finally here! The first major update I've been slaving over. It's essentially an overhaul of the entire game. I could just list everything in the game but here are some of the more prominent updates:

- new models and textures for pretty much everything
- 9 updated and refined holes
- replaced controller models with animated hands
- completely refined the putter, now length and direction are alterable
- new, more realistic and detailed terrains
- now able to teleport on terrains
- new, far more reliable method of registering a sunk putt
- more sound effects
- more controller feedback
- more objects to interact with
- tweaked ball physics
- more complete and creative menu/settings system

Basically everything is more polished, more fleshed out, more fun and runs better. You can check out the new trailer on the store page for a peek. I hope you all enjoy! ːsteamhappyː

(PSA: I altered the installation config so if you already have the game you may have to re-install)
