Added extra audio settings pop up

Added extra audio settings check so users are aware of the right settings in the oculus home app to have audio input not being blocked by oculus which can result in a infinite loop at the start.

Loop Issue Bug

I'm aware that some of you have problems with audio output not registering in the game causing the game to loop at the start.

One way to fix this is to check if your sound is only going to the headset and not to your windows sound driver. To check this go into your oculus app. select Devices and click on your headset. Then make sure that if you have the audio of the headset selected that "Hear VR Audio from your computer" is turned on. You can also just switch to "Use windows settings" for both audio and microphone.

I know it is not ideal and I'm trying to fix it.
