Well, it's been 3 years since we've rolled out the game to Early Access after getting through the Steam Greenlight.
Void Source is not "finished", as in "no updates will be made now". We're releasing it because:
You can complete all the levels, which are filled with all the enemies and objects as intended - core gameplay has been finished for months;
Game's Original Soundtrack is ready and has been enhanced even beyond the original plan;
Every achievement is reachable now;
We've added things like NPCs to rescue, as proposed by our Early Access players in Discussions;
There is a graphical overhaul in works, but it doesn't really affect the base gameplay.
To be honest, the game didn't turn out like I envisioned it to be, due to financial difficulties. You see, we didn't raise any crowdfunding or anything like that, it was all self-funded while working usual jobs. But it's definitely not the last update, it's only the first release version after all!
So we'll be updating it in spare time, stay tuned!
