Update 0.3 - Multiplayer!
We have just shipped an update to VR Regatta! :-)

Changes:


  • Introduced multiplayer - You can sail with others. This is just a start, will improve it in the next release
  • Added simple sailing terms level, using VR Regatta boat
  • Extended menu system, so that we can fit more content
  • Added new experiment - sailing on the waves

VR Regatta 0.2 - control the mainsail!
Ahoy!

Happy to share that VR Regatta 0.2 just shipped on Steam :-)

New features in this version:

  • Basic mainsail sheet control
    Preview
    Should make sailing in race and long race more interesting. All the rankings were cleared as the new control changes the game-play.
  • Boom can hit you - watch out for it.
    You asked for it :-) 5s penalty when it happens during Easy Race
  • Pay what you want for VR Regatta
    Preview
    This is an experiment to see if VR Regatta can be funded only by community donations.
    Rather than making you pay upfront for Early Access game, you can decide how much fun you had and if you want more. Donate if you want more :-)
