Update 1.7 - coming this weekend!



We are very happy to announce the next big innovations for VRporize coming this weekend. The powerful Update 1.7 will include *jingle* … flying and shooting enemies. Yeah that’s right! Then you can use your Room-Scale in another innovation way. Avoid the plasma balls by moving in your Room-Scale and/or by teleporting. Enjoy your new free movement feeling in a Vive FPS you’ve never played before.

Here is a first incomplete list with the biggest improvements:

Update 1.6

New Features



  • Savegame. There are click-savepoints in every map. All key variables from the HUD will be save (HP, music volume, …).
  • You can always start the savegame out of the startroom.

Improvements and Optimizations



  • New startroom design with a wonderful view of ESKOP.
  • Startroom transfigurd more to a VR interactive ingame menu (game manual, level of difficulty, “museum room“ , entrance episodes, loadgame door).
  • Improved muzzle flash design of the XD pistol and the Sawed-off shotgun.
  • New VR crash effect of the plasmagun.

Update 1.5

New Features



  • Fully automatic armoured doors in every station.
  • Rockets and torpedo explode.

Improvements and Optimizations



  • New AI patrol type (stay, explore and investigate). Therefore enemies are switching their position during the gameplay.
  • Animation of the enemies are smother and faster
  • Fixed an issue of the performance (GPU/CPU).

  • New placement of rockets and torpedos.
  • Reworked 3D-VR dust particles design.
  • More ammunition particular for the 800T-AW machine gun.

Maps and Episodes

New Enemy



  • The third and biggest final enemy in the Escob Station.
  • A new scary monster (now seven different Monster)


Fixes Optimizations



  • New texture design in the third episode
  • New visual effects (lighting effects for armor, new light sources, hit indicator)
  • Performance update (adjustments in the AI)


Gameplay



  • Adjustment of the HP of the final Colos enemy
  • Less battery capacity per cell
  • Positioning of enemies
  • Ingame infotables for information about your current location

Soon there will be the biggest update since the publication of VRporize. The door to the ESCOB station will open. It is the entrance to the third and greatest episode from VRporize. Nine new breathtaking and detailed maps waiting to be discovered. Furthermore there are exciting sercetlevel for each episode in the new update included.

The third episode and the secretlevel are free for the previous costumers.

Release update version 1.2

WOW ... The second update so fast! It ist fast but it necessary due to more game fun NOW:

- Super realistic 3D-blood and splatter effects
- A comprehensive VRporize guide in the steam Community-Hub
- New "museum room" with items, monsters and weapons
