Regarding "Heist" Map
Upon studying your feedback on the seasonal update, we conducted a survey for our players to decide if the new map for "Blitz" should remain in the Ranked Matches. The majority of respondents indicated that they would like "Heist" to be removed from Ranked. So the map has been excluded from the current season. We will go on monitoring your feedback on the matter. Be sure to share your opinion in the comments and on social media.

The new Season will last till 08:30 UTC (09:30 CET) on the 2nd of June.
The rewards include multiple novelties introduced in the Heist update.
Weapons will be awarded for reaching 21st - 10th leagues. The higher the league - the better the gun!
It'll be easy to collect cards for crafting "The Big Score" weapons since they will be awarded for every league. If you are lucky enough, you'll be able to collect up to 2000 cards!
You will fight on the maps of "Plant the bomb" game mode and Blitz except for "Platform" and "Heist".
Prove your skills every season to gain recognition and additional bonuses. You will receive new items introduced in the Heist update, cards for crafting "The Big Score" weapons, unique camouflages, currencies and achievements.
Details
The unique stripe "Soldier of Fortune" and the "Warface Ranking Matches League" badge will be given immediately upon reaching the 1st and the 21st leagues respectively and not after the end of the season as it used to be.
Boxes with cards for crafting "The Big Score" weapons will be awarded for each league - 21 times in total. Each box contains from 10 to 100 cards. It may also include various boosters.
"Heat" smoke grenades can be obtained upon getting to the 21st and the 15th leagues - 100 pcs. each time.
The "Heat" weapons will be given for reaching 20th - 16th and 14th - 10th leagues. Each gun is temporary (for 3 days).
Those players who reach the 3rd, the 2nd or the 1st leagues will get a random camo box containing the Emerald, or the Clubs camos.
Log-in Streak Rewards
Log into the game every day and get a temporary reward — cool weapons from the "Heat" series and boxes with cards fro crafting "The Big Score" arms. A gift every day.

Top contenders that finish the season in the first league will be able to proudly fly their "You cannot beat me!" stripe. Repeat success for 12 consecutive seasons to collect a complete collection of special achievements: you will get the unique mark "Best of the best!".
If you skip a season, you’ll have to wait until the 12-season cycle is complete to try and earn the first league achievement again! All achievements can be obtained only once.
There are achievements for other successes such as the league achieved at the end of the season, the status of "the best player in the winning team".
Seasonal box camos are random and do not repeat.
To obtain achievements according to the occupied places ("Special Metal Forces Squad", "Silver Veterans Squad", "Elite Carbon Squad" or "Gold Legendary Squad") and camos after the end of the season, you must log into the game during the next season. We conduct regular surveys aiming to accumulate your feedback and fine-tune the game development to make your gaming experience more comfortable and exciting. Recently, we have launched the first seasonal update "Heist" of an unprecedented scale. We put our inspiration, effort and many work hours in it. So, naturally, we longed to learn how it went down with you. Thus, we carried out a survey on the update, and we are grateful to everyone who took part in it and shared their thoughts. We have thoroughly studied the feedback, and are ready to share with you the results.
Technical issues while downloading the update
The overwhelming majority of players stated that they faced no problems while downloading the recent update. Only a small percentage of users faced certain technical issues.
We are very glad that nothing cast shade on your first impression of the season "Heist". At the same time, we will carry on our work to make the installation process even smoother so that the majority became absolute.
Overall opinion on the update
Most survey participants think that after the update the game has become better or slightly improved while about 40 per cent of the respondents indicated that the game has not changed.
We are constantly working on creating new content and delivering the best entertainment possible. "Heist" brought lots of novelties and unique mechanics into Warface. We are happy to know that you like them and will do our best not to let you get bored.

We also asked you about the news coverage of the new season. Prior to the update, we issued a series of articles announcing the main features of "Heist", its mechanics and novelties. We also published the full change log and complete patch notes. However, according to the survey results, the information was not extensive enough. Technical Quality of the Game
As for the technical state of the game, most survey participants noted that after the update the game has not changed, has become better or slightly improved.
That is a positive trend. The technical side of the game is one of our top priorities. Updates bring heaps of fixes and improvements. We also appreciate your help to detect and reproduce new and existing bugs. Your reports help us accumulate necessary data and come up with a prompt solution. We will do our best to complete the total fumigation and let no bugs into our beloved game.
The things you liked most in the update
The new special operation turned out to be the favourite feature of the season. At the same time, the rifle AK-15 Custom and the themed Battle Pass also got their share of up votes.
We have studied your feedback on the themed PvP map. After the release of the update, it got almost instant fixes to illumination. The map became brighter and visibility on it improved. Despite the fact that the amount of positive feedback increased significantly, your reviews are still mixed.
We understand that some community members would like the map to be removed from Ranked Matches. To make a fair and transparent decision, in the near future we will carry out a vote so that you could determine the fate of the map. Please note that the survey will be randomly offered to the majority of players when ending the game. We will inform you about its results in a separate publication. Stay tuned!

There are 7 unique contracts available on a special promo page. Each will cost you 100 Kredits to unlock. Under a contract, you will have to eliminate 50 enemies in PvP in "Quick Play" or in Ranked Matches using certain weapon types. After once paying for a contract, you will be able to complete it 10 times and each time receive one new crate with a reward.
The reward is randomly selected. The prizes include:
permanent golden versions of the Truvelo CMS 20x42 mm, H&K MG5 121, Benelli M4 Custom and АM-17;
boxes with in-game crafting cards to help you craft a FN P90 Custom and other desired guns;

About the tournament
The team consists of four main members, it is allowed to add two reserve players.
Class restrictions: the maximum of one SED per team.
During the game day, teams are not limited in the number of attempts and completions.
Completion of the special operation is limited to 24 hours from 9:00 until 9:00 UTC of the next day.
Uploading the final screenshot and the video confirmation to your referee on Discord is also limited to 24 hours from 9:00 until 9:00 UTC of the next day.
The 32 best teams according to the sum of the results of the first round will move to the second round.
The completion quality will be calculated using the formula below.
You surely know that the seasonal game update "Heist" featuring the namesake special operation was released last month. Many players have already appreciated its intense action, dangerous skirmishes, cool equipment and impressive gameplay. But if you have not yet made up your mind, accepted the offer of Blackwood and stolen classified data from the bank vault from under General Lee Wharton's nose, then you should do it immediately. Why? There are at least nine reasons for this.
1. Battles in pairs
"Heist" is the first special operation designed for two players. No need to carefully recruit several teammates or fend off bots and heavy gunners alone. There is only you and one faithful friend, one reliable ally, who will cover your back, share ammunition, and restart the laser in case something goes wrong.
2. Plot
You can’t just go and rob a bank. The plot of this mission is much deeper and more interesting, while the endgame will be a complete surprise. What dangerous secrets are hidden in the Brayman Brothers sinister vaults? Find out by completing the special operation. And for a more immersive experience we recommend watching separate comics about the characters.
For the first time in the game, there are lasers for cracking open vaults. While you and your partner are fighting an unequal battle against heaps of your enemies, a laser installed in front of the vault is methodically cutting through the said door. But be careful, such tech quickly overheats while doing intensive work. One player must remain in the vicinity of the laser and turn on the cooling system on time.
4. Moving using ropes
Ropes will help you quickly reach the top level. With them on the glass walls of the skyscraper, you can move even better than Spider-Man. Although, at the same time you will have to shoot at your opponents, who won’t be so impressed by your mountaineering skills. Keep your weapons at the ready!
5. Enemies
It is not easy to complete the special operation because this time the shapeshifter mercenaries will face special forces, police and even heavy gunners. Fast, strong and well-equipped. The fight will be difficult, but mega interesting.
6. The reward system
To successfully pull off the bank robbery, you will have to act quickly. The better your time and the results of completing the acts of the mission, the cooler the box with the super series "The Big Score" that you’ll receive. 7. M4 Marksman Custom
A magical weapon that can take down an enemy with two shots at any distance. The gun favourably compares to its peers thanks to its increased damage and better rate of fire but offers a less spacious magazine and more modest ammo. The M4 Marksman Custom comes equipped with 5 unique attachments: a flame suppressor, two handles, a collimator sight and a regular sight.
8. Unique achievements

9. Easter Eggs
Easter eggs are a kind of gift from the developers for attentive players, and there are a couple of them in "Heist".
