Born into a family of military stalwarts, Rim Ayari's fascination with military science developed in her formative years. Following the illustrious path laid by her parents, she enrolled in one of Europe's eminent military academies, where she performed very well. Post-graduation, she seamlessly integrated into one of the Euro-Alliance's regular units and participated in several local conflicts.

However, the main turn in her career unfolded during Operation "Anubis", when North Africa succumbed to the uprising of rogue cyborgs. Tasked with restoring order and eliminating the remaining cyborg production facilities, Rim Ayari's unit embarked on a mission that would redefine her trajectory. Amidst the chaos, her outstanding combat and unrivaled marksmanship solidified her reputation as a peerless sniper.

Her success did not go unnoticed, propelling her to lead the elite "Samoom" squad — an initiative devised by the Euro-Alliance to infiltrate and clean up Blackwood's secret facilities. Rim's invaluable experience proved instrumental in the squad's operations. Although the official dissolution of the detachment loomed due to financial constraints within the Euro-Alliance, Rim and her teammates decided to preserve "Samoom," and began operating independently.

Experimental Common Pool of PvP Channels
Hi everyone!

Aiming to improve the match-making times, we’ve temporarily created a common pool of PvP channels. It is an experiment that will last for two weeks until the maintenance on February 22nd.

We’ll be closely monitoring your feedback and the game stats to decide if the change should remain on a permanent basis or be reverted. We’ll be sure to share the results of the experiment with you before February 22nd.

The change applies only to the standard PvP channels. The rank restriction for Ranked Matches remains.

"Heat" Event Now in Game


Friends!

If you're tired of the cold, gray and frost, then it's time to bring some Heat to the battlefield! Join the second winter event, tough it out in the "Gun Game" mode and take the brand-new device and weapon series out for a spin.

PvP mode "Team Gun Game"


Just like in the previous events with this mode, you'll have to go through a chain of weapon models and score the maximum number of team points for eliminating opponents. The maps of the mode still have the signature dynamic respawn points, to ensure that after death, your character respawns in a random place near allies and is invulnerable for a short time.

In this mode, everyone is on equal footing. All players have the same equipment, go through the same chain of weapons and start with the same guns. You need to make two eliminations to move to a new stage and to automatically get a new weapon.



Who wins?


The battle comes to a close when a team scores 200 points. The fight can also end after the timer runs out, if 200 points are not scored. In that case, the team with the most scored points takes the win.

PvE part of the event
For those who prefer to share their spoils of victory with a team, we've got just the option for you! Take part in the event by completing Special Operations "Villa Valhalla", "Icebreaker", "Hydra" and "Swarm". The event currency is granted only for the first successful mission completion once a week.

Armor Supply


＋A new device for the Engineer called "Armor Supply" has been supplied to the game!＋

The Armor Supply box will provide great support and allow for some tactical advantage.

This armor replenishing device can be used solo by the player installing it in PvP or shared with teammates in PvE. Just place the box on any horizontal surface, interact with the device and restore a hefty 70% of armor points at once! The device has a generous area of use, so you definitely won't miss it. With mods, you can speed up regeneration time and get additional bonuses:

Restores more armor points.

  • Regenerates armor for a few seconds.
  • Increased equipment and placement speed
  • +2 "Armor Supply" boxes.



Create your own battlefield advantage!

Event Screen


On the event screen, you'll see a progress bar with three check-points. A new check-point will unlock once enough event points have scored. You can contribute and score points by completing the event contracts!


Once your progress reaches a check-point, you'll get a thematic reward:

  • North Pole Karambit for 1,000 event points,
  • Polar Carbine Charm for 2,500 event points,
  • North Pole Mauser C96 Custom for 5,000 event points.

Event showcase with a progress bar


Just like in the previous winter event, "Heat" offers a showcase with a reward progress bar.


Each refresh activation adds to the progress bar. When 100% of the bar is reached, you'll get an exclusive offer to choose one of four valuable items as a present. After making your choice, the other items become unavailable, the progress bar resets, and you can fill it up again and reach a new offer. The amount of offers is unlimited. The items for special offers are chosen randomly and may repeat.

What are the event rewards?


Among the event rewards, you'll find weapons from the new "Frostbound" and "North Pole" series! The "North Pole" weapons will be among the event showcase rewards, so get ready to rake in those points! The Black Market will offer the Armor Supply device, as well as weapon charms and skins.

Wrapped in a seamless camo cloak, each weapon bears the scars of countless battles, while the skull decals assure enemies of their inevitable fate. These weapons are a silent force ready to deal out pain worse than frostbite! The series includes the PA Garibaldi 12GA, PP-2011 Kedr-Para, Sabatti STR and the HK433.

In this update, we’ve added a fresh batch of bug fixes, made tweaks to the PvP map rotation and added a brand-new contract. This will truly be a challenge not only of your gaming skills, but also your detective abilities! Are you ready to take it on?

Winter challenge contract


If you like to challenge yourself and fancy a scavenger hunt every now and again, then this contract is perfect for you! Join the Winter Challenge and take up this very special contract to get cool rewards and earn yourself a permanent Cavalry AK Alpha. What’s the catch? Well, you won’t find the stage tasks in the game, and instead you’ll have to locate them scattered across our various social platforms.

How will this work?


The stage tasks in the contract will hint where the actual task is located. So for example, the stage 1 task may be hiding on our Facebook page, while the task for stage 2 will be located on a different platform. It’s up to you to piece the tasks together and conquer the challenge!

PvP maps rotation change


After thorough analyzis of the popularity of the PvP game modes and maps, we’re introducing changes to the PvP maps rotation, aimed to improve the matchmaking times in the Quick Play.

In addition to the previous schedule, we’re going to rotate the following game modes biweekly:

  • Capture (remains available this week);
  • Bag and Tag;
  • Blitz.

All of these modes will keep their current map pool. We will continue following the situation and review the list of available game modes and maps regularly.

Agent Malamute now in Warface: Clutch

Bundle up and set your sights on the Arctic! Meet agent Malamute, a Medic, who’s seen his fair share of natural disasters and can deal out both pain and remedy. Join him and “Saturn’s” dog sled patrol and explore his set, among which you’ll find “Saturn” series weapons, unique achievements and charms.

Soon after completing medical college, Owen enlisted in the National Guard in his home state, Alaska. As a medic, he participated in numerous search and rescue missions for missing tourists and travelers, dealt with the aftermath of disasters, and took part in military operations against smugglers and various militants. He found the military service much more appealing than his primary job at a regular clinic in his remote hometown, where he worked as a nurse.

As soon as the opportunity presented itself, he resigned from his civilian job to focus on Arctic research. Subsequently, his contract with the National Guard expired, and Owen chose not to renew it. Instead, he dedicated all his time to working as a polar medic. By then, he had become a highly sought-after specialist, and many experienced polar explorers dreamed of having him on their team. He conquered the North Pole twice and participated in dozens of humanitarian and research missions in northern latitudes.

During one of these missions, he traveled to a small town in Greenland that had recently been attacked by armed bandits. There were many casualties, and urgent professional assistance was needed on-site. It was there that he met Magnus Petersen. Despite Owen being an outsider and having little knowledge of Greenland, Magnus invited him to join his unit, "Saturn". He needed a seasoned medic, especially one with combat experience.

In this update, we’ve fixed some bugs and added changes to the content. We will also be distributing a compensation pack for the technical issues some players may have experienced in the game recently.

Compensation for Technical Issues


Some players may have experienced prolonged technical issues in the game. We understand that these disruptions have impacted your gaming experience, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our development team has been working tirelessly around the clock to resolve these issues and ensure a smoother and more enjoyable gaming environment for all our players.

We will be distributing a special log-in gift set as an apology to all players starting from today and lasting until January 18th.

Content Changes


Weapons and Gear



  • Taurus Raging Hunter:
  • Lowered the fire rate from 175 to 160 (180 to 165 for the golden version);
  • "Deadeye" mod: lowered the RPM debuff from 15% to 10%;
  • "High Noon" mod:
    • lowered the fire rate buff from 65% to 55%;
    • the damage fall-off debuff has been swapped for a lower overall damage by 90 points.


Dev comment: "We're glad that the players like the new sidearm, and the modded builds found their use. However, the revolver is too powerful in any of its versions, especially with the RPM buffing mod. We've left its signature two-shot style at any distance, but also debuffed its RPM in the base and the modded versions. The high RPM build has also undergone some changes to how it deals damage. Now, outside its effective range, the revolver won't be able to two-shot an enemy. This will allow for more counterplay options."



PvP



  • RM: the match can now be paused at the end of the round.

Other



  • Disabled the new sounds of headshots, low HP, and of the Molotov’s burning area indication, for further tweaking.

  • Fixed a bug that caused the anti-cheat to kick the player from the RM loading screen.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the client to crash while opening multiple boxes.

  • "King of the Hill" mode: fixed a bug, due to which the active capture point was sometimes displayed as inactive.
  • RM: fixed a bug, due to which some prohibited items were displayed as available to use in ranked matches.

  • Fixed a bug, due to which it was sometimes impossible to create a custom PvE room.

  • Fixed a bug, due to which the special offer pop-up wouldn't disappear after purchasing the item from the offer.
