● Ranked battle



  • Modify rank scores in Ranked battles to not reflect metrics of an individual's influence, such as battle points.

    ✔ Developer comment: A team's success or failure depends on a variety of factors, including countless performances, intentions, and complex working relationships between participants.

    We believe that it's difficult to accurately reflect all of these in an influence metric.

    Even when individual performance is taken out of the equation, not everyone on the winning team's rank score rises equally after a battle, nor does everyone on the losing team fall equally.

    Players in a battle are statistically assigned different matchmaking rating scores (MMR) based on their win-loss record, and their final Ranked Score is determined by how well their current rating reflects that matchmaking rating scores.

    Your current rating and ranked score will remain the same, and the change will only be applied to your Ranked Battle results after the patch.


● Bug Fixes



  • Change Hammer Blow to be deflected by the Guardian's defense.

    ✔ Developer comment: The ability for Hammer Blow to not deflect on Guardian's Basic Block was unintentionally applied to Guardian's Advanced Block as well, and a fix to the issue changed the spec to make it deflect on Guardian's Basic Block again.
    We apologize that this issue started as a bug with no deflecting to Advanced Block and was inaccurately directed as a bug fix. (11/9 19:00 PST added)

● Character


[Common]

  • Lowered the damage cap for Resilience.

Level 1: 100 → 150
Level 2: 80 → 100
Level 3: 50 → 80


[Warhammer]

  • Increases the attack distance of basic attacks and hammer blow (does not apply to short first basic attacks)
  • Loosening some of the constraints so that ground slams can attack on slopes.
  • Change hammer blow so that it cannot be deflected by Guardian's block (it will be still deflected by Superior Block)


[Bard]

  • Reduced the finishing move time of the 'Killer solo' skill and increased the damage dealt by 100% on the first and second attacks.
  • Fixed the skills UI to be always visible, which was only visible while maintaining a 'Melody of Resilience'.


[Hush]

  • Reduces the amount of Focus Gauge gained when attacking.
    Without the "Enhance Focus" Perk: 100 → 50
    With the "Enhance Focus” Perk: 150 → 100


[Raven]

  • Increases the percentage of trauma damage applied when Raven's attacks are blocked.
    Basic Attack: 0.3 → 0.6
    Rain of Talons: 0.3 → 0.6

  • Added the Exit to Lobby feature during Basic Training. When the players select Exit to Lobby from the menu, it will stop the training in progress and makes the player go to the lobby without receiving any training rewards.

  • Fix recommended setting of Very High option for graphics settings only on VRAM 9GB and above.

Announcing the temporary suspension of the World Pass Event

Hello, this is the Warhaven team.

A problem has been found in the 'World Pass Event' that began on 11/1 at 17:00 PDT.
So the event was temporarily suspended.

We are currently investigating on this issue, and we will make the fix as soon as we find the cause.
We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Starting on 11/2 (Thu) at 01:00 AM, the World Pass event will be live.
For the players who participated in World Pass events between 17:00 and 17:30 PM (PDT) on 11/1(Wed), please check the following notes.

■ An issue of cumulative event points appear to be zero even though earned World Pass event points already between 11/1 (Wed) 17:00 and 17:30 PM (PDT).
- If you earn a reward after completing another challenge, your previously earned points are automatically applied.

■ For the players who earned event points between 17:00 and 17:30 PM (PDT) on 11/1(Wed) based on the history of participating in the World Pass event in October.
- In total, we had to take out event points from 16 accounts during the maintenance.
- Points may appear to be earned on the event page at the time of access, but will be displayed as points are taken out correctly when you complete another challenge.

We shall take an extra care to make sure the same issue does not happen again in the future.
