Drinking now gives back your jug, some foods also do the same.
Dead animals will now hang around a lot longer.
Blocks can now be repaired with either the axe or the hammer by right clicking the mouse, You need to have the materials to repair in your inventory. Config select updated to allow configuration of this new option.
Update 22nd September 2022
Significant XP can be gained by converting charms to scrolls via the maxed out cauldron, This helps higher level players gain at later game stages and keeps you needing to loot for enchanted items and charms. Remember that enchanted items can be taken to an obelisk and converted back to charms that can then go to scrolls and used to enchant an item.
Water blocks were not rendering correctly when a solid shape block was places on top of a half filled block. This is now fixed.
Damaging blocks that share a water block wasn't working correctly, now it does.
Update 17th September 2022
This is a balance and feature update.
1) Blocks can now be planted in water supporting water based constructions. Water bases can be particularly useful at night-time to protect against fire demons, As water is the only thing that can kill them.
2) Resources for coal ,wood and stone have been reduced for higher levels.
3) The gap between experience levels increases by 1% after each new level, this has been stopped once the level is above 150.

Update 13th September 2022
I now believe the Intel GPU issues are now resolved. After discovering that the Intel GPU's use the Apps address space for storage rather than paging in and out like discrete GPU's i was able to solve the problem. I am very interested in any crashes going forwards.
Update 8th September.
After a few days of bench testing across several different machines a few obscure bugs popped up. These cover race conditions for threading and possible driver leak mitigations for intel Gpu's.
Intel drivers seem to have an issue with reporting out of memory when there is clearly plenty left. Reducing down the draw distance and maybe switching thread mode to serene under the config options can help.
No issues with other driver manufacturers have been discovered.

Significant update to the internal workings of the game engine, Hopefully this will resolve some issues that some people have been experiencing.
Please report any crashes as this greatly helps moving the game forwards.

Small update to stop repeat opengl errors from flooding the log files.
New Thread option added to config screen, This defaults to aggressive which tries to maximize thread use based on your processor. Alternatively serene allows a more reduced approach ( slightly slowing down new landscape chunks ). If you are having errors that say recourses unavailable then try the serene option.
