More QoL features, like selling all rarities of an item, item storage and more content will be coming in next updates.
Warman releases into Early Access!
Just 2 hours passed but it does not seem there are any major issues. I was most concerned that multiplayer works flawlessly, and all my tests went well, but there is always something at release that breaks... I am monitoring everything and it's looking good.
I don't have a real roadmap I can present, but I imagine that people will start getting to the 'engame' sooner then they would expect. There will be frequent content patches. I estimate, atleast 1 patch a month, with a decent amount of new content, but don't quote me on that, as I will be working and various other issues.
I see that the feedback form is used quite often and I will be adding / thinking about your suggestions. If there is something I am not sure if it should be added, there will be discussion in the steam forums.
I hope you see the potential the gameplay has, even if there is still a lot missing. I at least have big plans that will be realized the coming months.
I estimate that Warman will be in early access for about a year, until the multiplayer is really solid and there is a good chunk of content. Afterwards there will be only big updates in larges intervals. Smaller updates for bugfixes or immidiate issues will always happen when necessary.
All of that is rough plan that I hope will work out. I suppose there will be always problems that will delay what I have planned, but please bear with me!
Have fun playing the game!

Feature Spotlight: Conquest Isle
Conquest Isle is the name of the main island you are on while not fighting in the dungeon. Here you will find all main NPCs. Use the map to navigate to all useful locations. All players of a region will join the island and it's for you to decide if you want to play with them. You can also join an empty singleplayer island if you don't want to be bothered at all.
Currently there are 3 NPCs on the island. The Portal Master allows you to select a floor and go into the dungeon. At the Blacksmith you can customize your items and at the shopkeeper you can sell items.
Multiplayer
If you want to enter the dungeon with other players, you need to invite them first to a group. Managing groups happens on the island itself, just open the player list and invite your friends.
Feature Spotlight: Enemies
Obviously a big part of the dungeon are the enemies you are going to fight. Each floor you go up adds a new type of enemy and increases the chance of spawning stronger variants.
In general enemies give gold and experience. They have all combat stats your character would also have, e.g. armor, crit. chance, health regen. Some enemy types can also use abilities.
Enemies gain 1 level per floor, which increases their health, armor and damage. Some item properties, like armor penetration, become more useful in later floors, so plan accordingly.
Rarity variants
There are 4 rarity variants of enemies, normal, magic, rare and legendary. Higher rarity enemies gain additional abilities, give more gold and exp. and can drop items.
Feature Spotlight: The Dungeon
The dungeon starts with a unique layout of handcrafted rooms. In addition to the basic layout there a special rooms. Those rooms have a unique marker on the map and contain special events and challenges.
Floors
Your progress throughout the dungeon is saved by moving up floors. You can always start from the last floor you were on.
After entering a room in the dungeon. You won't be able to leave until you killed enough enemies. This applies only to the last floor you are on. On lower floors, which you already cleared, this restriction does not apply.
Killing enemies will fill up the bar above the door and give an audio cue when it's fully charged.
Layout
Floors contain various elements like levers, traps, chests, piles of gold, crates and much more. The white triangle indicates that you can interact with that object.
Activly explore the room you are in to not miss anything that could reward you with loot! Sometimes it's also nessecary to use a lever to continue.
Floor Effects
Every floor you are on has a random special effect. The various special effects drastically change the gameplay on that specific floor. Effects like reviving enemies or leaving burning ground require you to adjust your playstyle and face a new challenge.
On higher floors the effects start to stack up and you will need to deal with multiple combined effects.
Feature Spotlight: Blacksmith
The blacksmith allows you to modify and enhance the properties of your items.
Improving your items at the blacksmith costs gold.
Modify
Modifying a property allows you to change it to to a completly new one. This way, even if your item does not have all the properties you want, you can swap one out and get closer to the perfect item. But beware that you can only change 1 property.
Enhance
Enhancing an item allows you to upgrade properties to a stronger variant of itself. You can upgrade all properties, but the higher the upgrade, the higher the gold cost.
