A new convenience update just went live with a couple of fixes and changes which should come in handy:
The controller mapping is now shown directly in the main menu and not only when selecting "How to play"
The controller mapping is also shown now when you enter your garden and will be hidden once the game starts to make sure that you know how to handle the game!
Effects have been added marking all the weapons which you can use in the level
The pause menu should now work as expected and not be positioned off-screen from time to time anymore
Restarting the level now needs to actually trigger a click on the wasps nests rather than only hitting the restarting wasps (which is removed) to make sure you do not restart the game by accident
The sun position has been adjusted to match the actual sunlight
Minor fixes here and there

Achievements are here!
Winning trophies while smashing wasps with a lawn mower. Sounds weird I must admit, but that's how it is and what Wasps! is here for!
Not so long ago I promised, and here I deliver!
The latest version has just been uploaded and brings you next to some very minor fixes a range of 32 achievements which you can earn in the game, from killing enemies to using different kind of weapons.
I am sure there will be more achievements over time as I am working on new features.

Plans are made to be changed, and so it is!
Instead of pushing new weapons to the game, have weird other types of insects fly around you or make you uncomfortable by flipping the view upside down from time to time (although this sounds like a brilliant idea to me), you'll get Steam Achievements first!
I'm already working on it and the release should not be too far away. Let's see what else will make its way into the next update.

Chainsaw! Big content update is here!
Now this didn't take too long!
The first big content update is here. Let's see what we got:
New features
New weapon: CHAINSAW! The new favorite in wasp extermination! This one uses gas to run. In case you overact it let it alone for a couple of seconds to recharge.
Different wasp behavior - some wasps will circle around you to find the best spot and moment to attack instead of rushing to you. Make a bit of an extra thrill and panic.
The how to play instructions have been completely reworked and give a better understanding of the game - if you need it.
Wasps now burst in case you shred them with a weapon which has a blade. For science, of course.
Pause mode added - make the game stop to take a breath, restart or leave to main menu. But don't teleport, that's cheating!
German language support added (changelog will stay English only for the moment, because of reasons)
Changes
The lawn mower now takes gas as well - as with the water gun and the new chainsaw it will refill if not in use but needs 5 seconds if emptied completely
Water meter added to water gun so you can see the splashes drain
Fixes
Little sound mix issue fixed which could occur in 1 of a trillion times
Improved fade in/out handling when teleporting and changing levels

Wasps! is out and many already have had a lot of fun with it.

As I promised in the description text I want to further improve the game and add features, fixes and more to it.
To give you an overview of what's happening and what to expect I wanted to share a rough roadmap with you showing what I am working on, what's coming in the long run and when to expect it.
Note that it is in no way final and I might change my mind on any of the points at any time.
Immediate list Here are the immediate next additions to expect and their status:
