  • Fix: Final ending screen freeze

Next intermediate update should include a fix for weird window diving behaviors if you like to hold down right mouse button, for full instructions to open inside the window, minor graphical improvements, and if enough interest, begin work on exposing text for crowd-sourced localization/translation.

Update v1.1.0

There are now Talent Affinities for each outlaw that gives you a choice of 8 talents whenever your outlaw rank increases. Weapons are also for purchase now instead limited selection. These changes will only affect new gangs started after the new version, it will not change any existing game saves.


  • Feature: Combat Assistance option (auto-target, auto-shoot, auto-reload)

Next update will take longer than previous updates as I plan to open up the character progression to allow you to self-assign traits and talents. The current plan is to have a quasi-random talent drop every mission that you can then assign to members who have available talent slots.

Next on the roadmap for new features is Indians replacing the attackers in one mission, the ability to cycle through the outfit colors, and adding more ways to quickly dive through windows besides just the Q key.



Fire Bomb



  • Feature: Fire Bomb talent replaces Loot Corpse
  • Feature: Button to find new prospects if you have <4 members and no recruitable outlaws
  • Change: Remove gender bender names from the 1800s
  • Fix: Bribery now properly gives you vision of the bribed

Update v1.0.9

Loot Corpse talent is now redundant because of the E key, so it's being replaced with a new talent in the next patch. No worries, your outlaws that have Loot Corpse will automatically receive the new talent in its replacement.

You can press Edit on the List of Known Gangs to enable Permadeath and Ironman for your existings gangs if you like.

  • Feature: Pick up weapons off bodies (Press E)
  • Feature: Penetrative bullets are now gold and does +50% dmg if it doesn't hit cover first

  • Fix: Cold Hard Cash's bank giving out too little money per second


Next on the road map is the options for permadeath and ironman right away along with fixes for the AI, like when they get stuck in a bad plan and stops moving.

Update v1.0.7

I made the game more accessible on the lower end and easier to adjust the difficulty after a few missions. Click 'Edit' before you load from the 'List of Known Gangs' to change a gang's name or difficulty.

Based on feedback I have improved the way AI detects the player as a threat as follows:

  • Taking cover threat level is reduced to Suspicious
  • Enemies can no longer detect players who don't share line-of-sight
  • Fix cases where dead enemies still report your bounty
