Today we’ve prepared update 0.54.6 in which the skills were adjusted, a new level cap and “Carry Weight” skills were added.
List of the changes:
Reduced skill points requirement for some skills of the class tree. Now you obtain more free skill points;
A new level cap is 40. You will receive an additional point of character parameter on 40th level and additional skill points as well;
Reduced the price to forget skills in tokens in the “Common skills” section, especially for starting skills. Don’t be afraid to study them;
In the “Common Skills” section added “Carry weight” skills;
Changed settings of identification drawing distance when the sandstorm and heavy rain begins;
Optimizations of the game client;
Simplified identification for monsters has been added (experimental). It is possible to adjust it in the “Game Settings”;
Attention! We’ve reset all skills. Don’t forget to distribute them again. The next reset is scheduled for Friday.

Today we’ve prepared for you update 0.54.6 in which we significantly reworked skill trees of each class, added new achievements and made different improvements and bugfixes.
New skills
Each class in the game has got a number of new skills, which, depending on the direction, affect your character.
In total, it was reworked and added:
- 25 common skills; - 34 class skills to engineer and 27 class skills to other classes.
Since the number of skills has been increased, now players will receive 1 skill point per level.
For all classes, two mutually exclusive directions of development in skills are proposed, except for the engineer: he will have two mutually exclusive class directions and one additional.
The PDA interface has been redesigned, and in the “Skills” section there are now three tabs: “General Skills”, “Class Skills” and “Character Parameters”.
In the “Character Settings” tab, you can see the final influence of skills on the characteristics of your characters:
Features
Mercenaries got “branches” with the names “Marauder” and “Stormtrooper”. In general terms, the Marauder branch is focused on “robbing” other players and saving their own loot, and avoiding critical damage, while the “Stormtrooper” branch is focused on endurance, critical damage, and weapon handling speed. Both directions share common skills for using assault rifles.
Miners also got two directions: “Miner” and “Big Guy”. The “Miner” is focused on increasing the number of extracted resources and on the carry weight, but at the same time, it has a special skill “Bonebreaker”, which with some chance can cause the effect of a “broken leg” to your opponents in PvP. The "Big Guy" direction is aimed at resisting damage, increasing health and increasing damage from grenade launchers. Both directions share common shotgun skills.
Hunters got directions “Hunter” and “Sniper”. Skills from the Sniper branch are focused on PvP improvements and healing effectiveness. While the “Hunter” branch is focused on increasing damage in PvE, on environmental resistance, increasing the amount of loot and carry weight. A distinctive feature of the “Hunter” branch is that instead of increasing the chances of causing critical hit in PvP, “Hunters” got a chance to cause the effect of serious bleeding when they hit other characters. Both directions have common skills in using rifles.
Engineers got the directions “Combat engineer”, “Bioengineer” and “Craftsman”.
“Combat engineer” is aimed at enhancing the damage of engineers in PvP, including explosives, and amount of experience gaining when using items (weapons, medicine, etc.).
“Bioengineer” is focused on improving PvE damage, increasing experience for killing monsters, increasing health, and healing efficiency. Both directions have common skills for submachine guns.
“Craftsman” aims to reduce the speed of production and expansion of crafting queue slots. Also in this thread, there is a special skill that increases the chance of opening the door with lockpicks.
Reset of the skills
We've made a reset of skills for all characters with version 0.54.6. Note that skill redistribution is now paid for with tokens.
For some time, we will independently reset all skills for all characters. This should let you test various options for the development of your character and choose the most suitable for you. Therefore, do not rush to spend your tokens to reset skills.
We've scheduled reset of the skills on Fridays after restarting of the servers:
- April 17th - April 24th
Other changes
Added 21 new achievements;
Changed reload animation of MSR-10;
The event with the large flesh-eater has been redesigned: it became harder and more fun;
Fixed a problem with the “Pay respect” animation;
Fixed an issue that could cause disappearing of ammo on weapon reloading or switching ammo types;
Increased the sound spreading distance of the shots for the Thunder and L96A1 rifles;
During bad weather (rain, heavy rain, sandstorm) - the distance for rendering character identification is reduced;
Changed animation of grass;
Added a reminder that you need to assign the role to the player when accepting him into a clan;
Improved visual particles for some anomalies;

Today we’ve prepared another patch with the following changes:
- Energy shield no pushes away jumping characters; - Fixed a bug when specifications of armor were incorrect in rare cases; - Fixed a bug when “Drunk Snake” achievement was rewarded even without spawning of the artifact; - Attention! When players do the “reset” of “Extended backpack” skill, now if your inventory full and there is no empty space in it, any item can be thrown away automatically.

We released a small hotfix for version 0.54.5, in which the following changes:
• Energy shield is now destroyed in a safe zone; • Changed settings for the spawn of the “Drunken Snake” artifact; • Fixed a problem due to which the quest “Decoder” could not be completed successfully if there was no space in the inventory; • Minor fixes in locations; • The location "Exclusion Zone" now does not work any firearms; • Neutrals in PVE mode can no longer heal faction players with IHR and can not break the shields of faction players; • Added the ability to send reports about players in the chat window; • Increased chance of sunny weather; • In the credits of the game and in the bar, new compositions appeared, written specifically for our game, from musicians from the Hitpoint Productions collective. Today we’ve launched an update 0.54.5 with the following changes.
Energy Shields
Energy shields are the new tactical tool that can be useful in the fight. Shield blocks damage from both sides (inside and outside), but it is possible to move through it. This device is available for each class in the game. The shield can be destroyed by shooting or grenades explosion.
The energy shield can be useful when you need to if you need to go beyond the perimeter secured by snipers or to defend your engineer during the hacking of the command core on outposts.
Energy shields are available on sale at faction traders and at outposts.
EMI-grenades
EMI-grenades are an effective tool for destabilizing and disabling enemy electronics, such as an energy shield, jammer, MHP-1, and MRP-1.

A new in-game achievement system
Starting from this version we’ve begun implementation of the new independent from Steam achievement system.
In-game achievements will be developed as separated and more significant direction for players. We expect that the new system of achievements will further encourage the player in every way, which will cause additional interest.
At the moment, we have duplicated some of the achievements from Steam, and also added some new achievements. In the future, we will improve and extend the list of available achievements.
A list of achievements is available in PDA. Please note that achievements are issued to your account, not to the character. Since in-game achievements are independent of Steam, similar achievements will not be automatically credited. They will need to be completed again!
Other changes
NPC Alexei in the tunnels has a new story that he will gladly tell you. To believe in it or not is up to you.
Added new artifact “Drunk Snake”. How and where to find it you will have to find out on your own. The necessary clues in the game are available.
Fixed a problem with the NO-PK zone in the "Exclusion Zone" location, due to which it was possible to shoot at players;
The cost of changing the faction has been reduced to 500 thousand tokens;
The problem with the closed door in the “Minaev’s mine” location has been fixed;

Update 0.54.4 description
Hi there!
In this version, we paid attention to the optimization of the locations’ loading speed. Thanks to the work done, the loading time of locations on some configurations using the HDD was reduced by more than two times (loading became faster).
On SSD, the changes may not be so significant, and it is also worth noting that the loading speed depends on the configuration of your PC. These changes seriously affected a large number of files in the game, so the update will be quite big - about 5 GB.
In addition, the following changes have been made:
Fixed incorrect hand position when using Vepr-12;
Improved details of the hands;
Reduced chance of knocking down using brass knuckles;
Grenades throwing now become more accurate;
Fixed problem with the standard pants model;
Now during the run, you can not use an advanced attack with melee weapons (right mouse button);
When throwing grenades, the character now moves one step;
Upon exiting the “Camp” location, the initial training quests are completed automatically (if for some reason they were not completed);
Fixed a problem due to which the grenade continued to be displayed in the character’s hands after it was removed to the warehouse (visual bug);

Update 0.54.3 [hotfix]
Hello, fighters!
Today we have published a small hotfix, in which we made some optimizations on the server’s side, and added several changes in the game.
For example, starting from this version, now it is possible to set food and drinks to fast access slots (5-8). Thus, we think it should increase the importance of cooking in our game. We will be watching with interest how the players will use this opportunity, as well as we will carefully study the demand for "Perfect Broth" in the game. So far, we have set a delay between meals of one second. In the future, we may change this interval. IHR was unnecessarily strong, and therefore, its wear was increased.
Also, the position of teleport station in the Canyon has been changed, and the amount of chamomile on “Solnechniy Outskirts”, “Forestry” and “Minaev’s Territories” locations was increased.
In addition, to reduce spam in the text chat, there was added delay, which not allows sending messages more than few times per second, and now, messages with the same text it is not possible to send more than one per two seconds.
Please, update the client of the game.
