The Scottsdale Classic
Tournament #2 coming in hot!
With the 16th of the Volero Tour underway, be sure to register and participate in the second tournament of the season later today!
The Scottsdale Classic will run from September 27, 2018 through October 04, 2018. Entry into this tournament will close at 1:00PM PDT / 8:00PM UTC on the last day and Players will be unable to enter the tournament after that time. As usual, the Tournament will be broken into two separate tournaments. Tournament A will be for Players between levels 1 and 24 while Tournament B will be for Players between levels 25 through 40.
Players unsatisfied with their initial score may purchase a re-participation ticket from the Support Shop for 5,000 Gold or 150 Platinum. With this ticket, Players will be allowed to re-participate in the tournament and their current score will be replaced with their next round of golf regardless of whether their new score is better or not.
* Players will receive their share of the total prize based on their ranking.

After an intense final round on both Harshcape and Edelweiss, we’ve tallied up the numbers and are proud to announce that RainbowLime and mo9 are your Season 15 Volero Tour Champions! Through a combination of skill and just a bit of luck, these two have managed to make it to the very top! Be sure to congratulate them if you catch them out on the square!
On that note, we’re proud to announce the Volero Challenge by RainbowLime and mo9! This tournament will run from September 20, 2018 through September 27, 2018. Entry into this tournament will close at 1:00PM PDT / 8:00PM UTC on the last day and Players will be unable to enter the tournament after that time. Scheduled Maintenance Tomorrow on 09/20/18
Scheduled Maintenance on 09/20/2018 at 3PM PDT
Winning Putt will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Thursday, September 20th, 2018 at 3:00PM PDT (Find your regional equivalent here). The game will be unavailable during this time and players will be logged off at the start of the maintenance.
This maintenance will bring The Royal Old Links out of Beta and into the fray! Be sure to check it out in all of your typical competitive modes! We will also be addressing an upgrade to our network infrastructure on the back end. In laymen terms, this should help improve the connection for all Players no matter where they’re playing from!
In addition to our backend updates, our payment processor will also be undergoing maintenance at the same time. Most if not all Players shouldn’t be impacted, but please note that all forms of Platinum Purchasing will be down during maintenance (including purchasing Platinum through the website).
That’s not all! This Maintenance will also close out the current competitive ranked modes and kick off a whole new season for all competitive modes! Be sure to keep an eye out for information on our upcoming tournaments!
