Minor fixes
Fixed issue with fuses not working correctly and being able to get stuck on one of the levels.

New Version with Subtitles and % complete indicator
The new version of the game has subtitles for all the cine-films. This is partly so people can play it with the sound down - but also I...I mean the professor...does have a tendency to mumble a bit sometimes.

Subtitles are off by default, but can be activated from the controls and settings menu.

You can also see how far you are through the game with the progress indicator down on the bottom right corner - it only appears once you are a little way into the game.

Progress saving - Fixed
I have fixed the problem that some people were having with progress not being saved correctly.

Since the save-games were not actually being lost - simply "hidden" I have also added a thing at startup which attempts to search if there is a hidden save-game which is further advanced through the game than your unhidden ones and if there is it unhides it. Hopefully this should recover your lost save-game (or at least one that is very close to it).

Progress saved indicator + volume slider fix
Whenever your progress is saved - you get an indicator flashing up on the top right to say so.

I've also fixed an issue where the volume slider was creeping back up 100% when you set it lower.
