Progress Update
After creating several dozen updates with fixes over the past months, we can announce that the current version of WoodZone no longer has known bugs. This means that we are almost ready for the campaign and are still working on small details that will make the game more enjoyable.
Announcement of changes
With the start of Kickstarter you can expect lots of new information from the world of WoodZone. Among other things, we've redesigned the Steam website, edited the lighting and overall look of the game, and most importantly we've created many new worlds in the game (tundra, jungle, desert, etc.) from which you can expect short previews.
Full game release
We are currently at the stage of improving the operation of the multiplayer system and we are working on a dedicated server system thanks to cooperation with ZAP-hosting. The premiere of the game will take place shortly after the end of the Kickstarter campaign and will be developing over the next few (or more) years with further mechanics, i.e. extraction of raw materials, survival mode and hundreds of subsequent building elements. As of today WoodZone has 5 categories of walls, each having many materials and sizes, which gives several hundred models. For this, the player has at his disposal furniture, shelves for arranging objects on them and machines, i.e. conveyor belts and sawmills.
WoodZone community update
the community is the most important for us! Our team strives to make our games created by players. After the release of WoodZone, we guarantee regular updates with the most interesting and popular ideas offered by the community. Therefore, we will develop the game as long as players are interested in it.
We are happy to announce the launch of our daily update program. Now anyone can become part of the team and propose changes, discuss or suggest their own ideas. Every day on our discord you will find an interesting fact about the game, a photo, devlog or anything else related to the world of WoodZone.
