UPDATE #20 - MOTHER'S BLACKLIST

I know I should wait a bit longer to upload an update, but since yesterday I'm on-fire and I can't stop thinking and improving the game with everything I can think of.

Here you have the changelog of this new update v1.22:

IMPROVEMENTS
- Redesigned the entire code of the system of adding citizens to the blacklist. Due to a bug in the previous code, citizens added to the blacklist did not appear after loading a game.
- The Mother's eye is on the move again!(Due to some updates it stopped moving).

CHANGES
- Reduced the cost of building an Energy Room from 1600 to 1200 materials.
- Changed the cost of building a Mining Robot from 750 to 500 materials.
- Reduced the cost of constructing a Dinner Room from 800 to 500.
- Changed text to make it clearer from dilemma #59 - Energy for 200 materials -
- Increased the cost of building an Isolation Room from 500 to 750.

BUGS FIXED
- Fixed a bug that indicated a warning that you didn't have a nuke when in fact the nuke was already built.
- Fixed a strange bug where, if when generating Utopia the science generation was less than 1 (a very rare occurrence), the turn panels for developing a technology would display Error text (the program corrects its own errors, but it was inelegant to display error text).

MISC
- I forgot to remove the test saved files from the previous version uploaded to Steam. Don't worry, mother will punish me by applying Ludovico's technique and I will be re-educated.

UPDATE #19 - CLEANING DAY

I've been polishing the game with small details that were still missing, or things that I didn't like.

Taking advantage of the review, I've given a facelift to how the game looks in different resolutions, improving the look of the game for screens with 1366 x 768 resolution.

Now the screen resolution panel is clearer.

This is what the new v1.21 brings:

IMPROVEMENTS
- Improved the appearance of different screen resolutions.
- A new game code ensures that the same alert is not repeated as the previous one (at least without a turn in between).
- Sometimes the turnaround times for fixing alerts were so high that the same alert could remain active for a long time. Now the maximum number of turns to fix an alert will be 3.
- The alert type sign is now correctly displayed as soon as you enter the alert screen.
- Improved casualty panels in war outcome to avoid scrollbars with long text.
- Relocated the background of the Build Other Stuff screen that was out of place.

BUGS FIXED
- Fixed a bug that allowed smugglers to enter your Spice room even if you didn't have any built.
- Fixed a bug that prevented the Dilemma of paying materials to get information about a citizen from appearing in the game.
- Fixed a bug where saved messages could appear when mousing over some icons in the game panel.

UPDATE #18 - A NEW NEOLANGUAGE

This update focuses on correcting texts and spelling mistakes, but includes new features such as 3 Dilemmas based on Neolanguage and its new law.

Changelog v1.2:
ADDED
- New dilemma on banning Neolanguage again
- New dilemma on allowing Neolanguage again
- New dilemma on paying to get information about a citizen
- New Neolanguage icon in the Laws panel

IMPROVEMENTS
- The NUMBER OF MATERIALS is now indicated on the Dilemmas screen
- Corrected and shortened some text in the Dilemmas screen
- Some texts have improved
- Some of the text in the tutorial has been resized
- Deleted one page of the tutorial

CHANGES
- The cost of building a new airline has dropped from 750 to 500

BUGS
- Fixed a bug that could cause a construction text to appear on the main screen, when it should not
- Some spelling mistakes have been corrected

Remember citizen, that some words are forbidden by the Neolanguage!

UPDATE #18 - MOTHER RESOLUTION

In the new version 1.1 the screen resolution was changed to 1920 x 1080 to improve the look of the game. However, this meant that former WOP players could not see the game screen correctly, especially on older laptops, so Mother has taken a resolution:

- It is now possible to choose the screen resolution.

Obeying Mother is not an option!

UPDATE #17 - INFORMATION DEPARTMENT

Mother knows that sometimes controlling a Utopia is very difficult, and the supervisors did not have all the necessary information. To make your job easier, Mother has designed new tools for you.

It has mainly improved the graphic quality, and now adapts to the new times by improving the resolution, which is now 1920 x 1080. Some graphics have been improved. Now there are more eyes watching you. More eyes = More paranoia.

You now also have new information about your citizens and science production every turn. More information = More control.

CHANGELOG 1.1

IMPROVEMENTS
- The native resolution is now 1920 x 1080
- New background screen
- It is now reported when a citizen is under surveillance and when there is no information about him/her
- Science production is now shown in the technologies panel and in the discovered technologies panel
- Now a possible exploit of discovering traitors you had no information about when searching the citizen list in the citizen registration panel is avoided
- Text flickering is now avoided when choosing technologies
-Some graphics have been improved

CHANGES
- Now for alerts it is more of a priority to have a snitch than members of the five eyes

Thank you for playing WORLD OF PARANOIA

KILL ALL TRAITORS!

FIXING LITTLE BUGS

This is a small patch that fixes a couple of small bugs (v 1.06):

- Fixed a bug when releasing isolated citizens. Instead of them going back to their personal rooms, ALL citizens went back to their personal rooms.
- Fixed a bug that could cause smugglers to enter your Spice Rooms even before you have built one.

UPDATE #16 - CLEANING UP OUR UTOPIA
