James knew this day would be a turning point in his career. He'd been taking photos since he was a kid, but today would be different, as now he was a real reporter! He'd taken his best shots for the Blitztown Star. They'd be a huge success for the newspaper, and he'd enjoy fame and fortune. And then, who knows, maybe he'd move to the big city and work for the New Bay Daily? Oh, that would be awesome! Hopefully, he wouldn't run out of film.
Happy citizens, bright flags fluttering in the breeze, the vehicle parade—nothing got past James' camera unnoticed. Then suddenly—familiar faces! His best friends, Ashley, Billy, and Hugh, invited him to go for a hike. They had important work to do: testing the new tank, the Ranger, in the wilderness! And maybe they'd even find the Yeti! It was an adventure not to be missed! James and his friends agreed to meet later at the entrance to the National Park as he needed to get back to photographing the festivities. Well, the best shots were still to come!

For Collectors and Completionists
At Stages 3 and 8, you'll receive collectible items. The first item is a camera. According to the inscription, it belongs to James. The second item is a photograph of the most interesting tank for miles around, the T77, for the front page of the Blitztown Star. You can keep each collectible item as a souvenir or exchange it for 2,000 Free XP.

At Stage 9, you'll get the beautiful American Eagle attachment which can be installed on most American tanks. Feel its power, strength, and limitless freedom!

Japanese Heavies
The Japanese Tech Tree has grown a new branch of six researchable heavy tanks. All of them boast strong armor and good mobility. Starting from Tier VII, tanks of the new branch feature unique equipment that improves either ground crossing capacity or vertical gun turn limits.

Reactions and Reports
We've been planning to rework the military honor functionality for a long time and finally decided to split it into Reactions and Reports. Reactions allow one to express their emotions after battle. They're like emojis or stickers in a messaging app. Reports are a whole different story. They're intended for reporting violations, such as unsporting conduct, provocative communication, or inactivity in battle. The new system will identify and impose just punishment on regular offenders based on your reports, so don't let them get away with misbehavior.
Maximum Damage in the Profile
In the player profile, military honor will be replaced with information about maximum damage, such as the amount of damage, in which vehicle, and on which map the damage was dealt, as well as the date and time.
These stats don't include battles fought prior to Update 9.0 or battles in fun modes.
New Aiming Mechanic
Following many open tests, research studies, and player surveys, we've reworked the aiming system. The reticle's appearance will remain the same while its behavior will significantly change. The reticle indicator will react better to the player's actions, move smoother relative to the terrain, and follow the target more accurately.
Customization
During this Update, all attachments will be available in the Camouflage menu at a 50% discount!
The Moose Legendary camo for the Lansen C will also be added to the camo selection menu. A beast known for its fearlessness and unpredictability will appear on the turret, cold winter colors will cover the hull, and the tank's battle name will change to Lansen Moose.

The top engine's power-to-weight ratio was increased from 16.76 to 17.5 hp/t.
Top speed was increased from 45 to 50 km/h.
T54E1
Magazine reload time was decreased from 17 to 16.5 s.
The top engine's power-to-weight ratio was increased from 14.88 to 15.25 hp/t.
Top speed was decreased from 50 to 45 km/h.
The top gun's dispersion at 100 m was increased from 0.35 to 0.36 m.

Reload time was decreased from 7.2 to 6.5 s.
Dispersion at 100 m was decreased from 0.36 to 0.35 m.
Improvements and Fixed Bugs
The T-34/100, Škoda T 25, Object 252U with its Vigilant Legendary camo, as well as the American Eagle attachment were updated to the new graphics quality.
A progress bar towards receiving a tank will now be shown when tapping the Charm icon or part of the certificate for a tank icon in the Storage.
Clan supply discounts on tanks will no longer be displayed in the Tech Tree. Instead, you can check the discount on the screen of the selected tank.
Various screens, descriptions, and notifications were improved.
General bugs and client crashes were fixed.

World of Tanks Blitz is taking part in Warhammer Skulls 2022, an inter-game festival on a planetary scale! The harsh and grim atmosphere of the Warhammer 40,000 universe arrives in the game in the form of two armoured monsters—the large-calibre Vindicator and the fast-firing Predator. Both of them are accompanied by themed avatars, a new background, and missions for new players!
Warhammer Skulls bundles and Orders are not available to players in Russia and Belarus.

Mission for new players
From June 1 to June 8, new players who completed training will receive a special mission: achieve 5 victories during the day. As a reward, they will receive the Aquila Epic avatar and another mission: to inflict 10,000 HP of damage. As a reward for the second mission, they will get the Intercessor Epic avatar.
