Red October Bounty Hunt
Our newest Bounty Hunt event is now underway. Take advantage of this weekend to hunt down some target ships or challenge yourself by taking on the Bounty mantle!
Whether you choose to be the hunter or hunted, you'll be able to earn Red Tokens, which you can use to purchase a variety of Soviet-themed rewards in the Armory, including Soviet Era containers, which can drop new Soviet cruiser Kozma Minin!

This weekend, the new Brawl session features 3v3 battles aboard any Tier IX ships. You can even stack your team with your own three-person Division. Give it a shot!
Captain's Club Anniversary
This month, we're celebrating 1 year of the Captain's Club with a multi-week event bringing you opportunities to earn exciting rewards from our partners by completing in-game activities. Check out what you can earn this week in our dedicated article:

Global Combat Mission
Lock arms with your fellow Captains and tear down this collective objective! For the completion of this chain, we're counting the cumulative results of all players on your server, so do your part and go into battle aboard Tier V–X ships and superships, and earn as much Base XP as possible! Rewards include the Colors of Unity commemorative flag and five different containers.
Individual Combat Mission
Unlock a very German personal mission chain by clicking the button in the Combat Mission Calendar linked below. Completing it will bring you the new individually-voiced Commander Goldelse, plus 2x German Navy containers and 1x Common Bonuses container.

STAR TREK Operations
In the second wave of our collaboration with STAR TREK, you can dive into three exciting Operations, each lasting 2 weeks, spanning Updates 13.10 and 13.11.
The Operations unfold on the planet Vulcan during an attack from the Borg Collective. You must take control of ships representing the Federation, the Federation, Vulcan, Klingon Empire, and Romulan Star Empire factions.
In the new STAR TREK Port, you can follow your reward track progress, upgrade your ships, and explore a themed collection. Iconic STAR TREK memorabilia will grace your Captain's quarters, and collecting its elements will provide battle bonuses for the event's Operations.
New weapons and shield mechanics are available, with phasers, pulse phasers, and photon torpedoes. The event introduces a unique system for upgrading your ships, with the use of unlockable modules affecting primary weapons, secondary weapons, hulls, and shields. Combining the different modules in various ways will change the configuration of ship stats, armaments, and consumables; or even unlock Combat Instructions.
Black Friday Event Pass
It's getting to that time of the year! This year, we've got even more ships, containers, Coal, Steel, and a new custom enemy destruction effect—Monochrome!
The first progression line brings Black Friday 2024 Premium and standard containers, 3 days of Warships Premium Account, economic rewards, and a new enemy destruction effect.
The second progression line brings French battleship Dunkerque B, French Commander Jeremie Noel with 10 skill points, even more Black Friday 2024 Premium and standard containers, and other valuable rewards.
Arena
A new high-stakes Brawl event is coming your way! During the first week of the event, a special mission chain will become purchasable in the Armory for 10,000 Coal. After making the purchase, you can proceed to 3v3 Brawls playing Tier IX battleships, cruisers, and destroyers. Every victory will earn you rewards!
You must win seven times to complete the mission chain.
You can lose an occasional battle, but no more than three battles in total.
Completing the chain will bring you the final reward—500 Steel.
If you lose more than three times, the chain will break, you'll be rewarded with 3x More Coal containers, and you'll have to start from scratch by purchasing another mission chain.

Patch Notes: Update 13.9
It's the first weekend of the new update in World of Warships. This month, we're coming at you with the return of the Mode Shuffle battle type, a German-themed Event Pass, the Red October Bounty Hunt, new content surrounding the Battle of Leyte Gulf, and much more! A new iteration of the Mode Shuffle battle type is now live and ready to play!
Entering battles in Mode Shuffle will randomly place you in one of three different game modes: Convoy, Airship Escort, or a reworked version of Epicenter.

Update 13.9's Event Pass is up and running, Captains! Time to start completing missions and advancing your way toward the myriad German-themed rewards and more goodies available in both progression lines.
Get a Head Start by purchasing 40 Event Pass Points With Just 200 Community Tokens!
If you have 200 Community Tokens to spare, then you can give yourself a mighty boost of 40 Event Pass Points in one go via the Recruiting Station rewards shop. You don't even need to be a Recruiter—it's simple!
Get a load of the combat missions and special activities happening throughout Update 13.9 in our Combat Mission Calendar—and be sure to click the orange buttons to unlock them!
The dynamic battle type that randomly places you in one of three different game modes has returned for Update 13.9, with some interesting changes. Alongside Convoy and Airship Escort, you could land in a game of Epicenter, which has had a fair few tweaks to its points system, and that is taking the place of Arms Race from our previous iteration of Mode Shuffle.
German-Themed Event Pass
Update 13.9's event pass, titled "Unity, Justice, Freedom" pays homage to Germany's Reunification Day both in name and in content:
The first progression line includes "Black, Red, and Gold" and "Black, White, Red" permanent camouflages, the German Navy permanent camouflage for Prinz Heinrich, and the German Eagle permanent camouflage for Prinz Rupprecht
The second progression line can be unlocked with 2,500 Doubloons, and grants tier VI destroyer Karl von Schönberg immediately, followed by the German Navy permanent camouflage for Zieten, Commander Willie Neumann, 1x German Squadron Premium container, and the German Eagle permanent camouflage for Schlieffen
Red October Bounty Hunt
Will you sign up to be a Bounty, or will you be a dedicated hunter? Either way, you can take home some Soviet-themed rewards for taking part in our latest Bounty Hunt event!
The Bounty status can be purchased up to 80 times from the Armory for 100,000 Credits, with the first three purchases being free. You lose the Bounty status when your ship gets destroyed or the event ends.
You can get a temporary currency called Red Tokens if you earn special achievements, as well as for destroying ships while having the Bounty status active. You can spend Red Tokens on variety of rewards including Soviet Era containers, which can drop new Soviet cruiser Kozma Minin among other things!
Red October Leaderboard
During the first week of the event, we'll be tracking progress on a leaderboard—sink as many Bounties as possible to claim valuable rewards, depending on your final ranking:
1-10: tier VIII submarine S-189
11-25: get 3x Soviet Era Premium containers
26-50: 1,000 Steel
The Battle of Leyte Gulf
We're marking the 80th anniversary of the largest naval encounter of World War II with an interactive adventure and opportunities to get legendary Tier VIII carrier Enterprise and new tier VIII battleship Tennessee!
As you advance through the adventure, you will learn the history of this battle as you complete missions and earn new Leyte Gulf containers and Leyte tokens, the latter of which you can exchange for containers guaranteed to drop Tier VI–IX Premium ships, the "I Shall Return" permanent camouflage for Tennessee, the Ghost of the Pacific permanent camouflage for Enterprise, as well as eight 10-skill-point historical Commanders, and more
