Captains!
As we’ve just announced, a new branch of Japanese battleships is on its way! Following our long-standing tradition, we want to celebrate its upcoming release with a community camouflage contest! Download the template below and draw up a design for a permanent camouflage that you would like to see grace the Tier VIII representative of the branch—Yumihari. The winner of the public vote will have their camouflage implemented in the game, and the top 10 artists will win Premium Ship containers!

Contest Details
Submission deadline: Tue. 06 Jun. 13:00 CEST (UTC+2)Voting begins: 12.6.2023
- Design your own camouflage using the provided high-resolution blank template of Yumihari.
- Any method of creation is allowed (digital, printed template with hand-drawn camouflage and then scanned, etc.).
- The World of Warships team will select their top 10 favorite designs, based on their quality, originality, and compatibility with World of Warships.
- You can choose the winning submissions from the top 10 through a public vote.
- The top 10 submitters will receive the winning camouflage and a Premium Ship container.
- 50 bundles of 3x Distant Voyages containers will be distributed randomly among contestants who submit an eligible design.
- The winning camouflage will be obtainable later in 2023—stay tuned for more information about its distribution!
How to Participate
Just download one of the blank ship templates below and create your design on it.
To download the template, first click on the image with the left mouse button, then on the "Download" button below it.
Once you’re happy with your design on the template, just submit it to us via one of the methods below:

Step 1: Accept our invitation to the World of Warships Discord server by clicking this button:

Step 2: In the #welcome-lobby channel, you’ll see a message from the Wargaming.net Bot welcoming you to the server. Click the button below the message and you’ll receive another personalized message prompting you to authenticate your account by logging in via a special link.
Step 3: Click the login button and follow the instructions to complete the authentication of your account.

- All submissions should be created specifically for this contest and made during the contest period.
- You can submit as many designs as you want but only one submission per post.
- You may not use any existing artwork in your submission.
- Your submission must be solely created by human artistic effort and must not include any images or artwork generated or produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools or algorithms.
- Your submission may not be based on any existing intellectual property not owned by Wargaming.net.
- All submissions must conform to our game rules and any other service usage agreements specified by Wargaming.net.
