Asymmetric Battles Are Back!
You asked, and we delivered! The beloved "player vs. bot" battle type known as Asymmetric Battles has returned by popular demand!
As the name suggests, this is no simple Co-op Battle. You and a team of four other players aboard Tier VI–X ships or superships will face off against an overwhelmingly larger AI-controlled team composed of 12 ships. The catch is that bot ships will be two tiers lower than each tier represented in the player team.

The first Brawl session of Update 13.11 is taking place this week!

Operations With Flagships
After a great year for Operations, get ready for a 2025 with even more exciting additions to the battle type!
Throughout Update 14.0, you can experience special versions of six Operations, now for high-tier ships. They feature new enemies known as "Flagships", with increased hit points and the ability to influence nearby allies. You'll find these formidable units difficult to take down unless you identify and focus on their specific vulnerabilities.
Three Flagships, each with distinct mechanics, will individually set sail on the virtual seas, one per week, during the first 3 weeks of the update. In the fourth week, things will really heat up when you face all three!
New Dutch Cruisers in the Tech Tree
Update 14.0 ushers a new branch of ships into Early Access! Welcome Dutch light cruisers Jaarsveld (Tier VIII), Menno van Coehoorn (Tier IX), and Utrecht (Tier X).
Features:
Numerous low-caliber main battery guns with good range and ballistics
Improved HE shell penetration and great AP shell damage
Access to small Airstrike squadrons with long range, fast cooldown, and relatively fast bomb arrival time
Access to Engine Boost and a fast-cooling Repair Party
Weak armor and a small hit point pool
Adventure of Bjorn Stormbreaker
A new adventure awaits you with the release of Update 14.0. Travel with famed adventurer Bjorn Stormbreaker as he battles six powerful fantastical sea creatures!

STAR TREK Operation: Queen's Rage
The final STAR TREK Operation has begun! This weekend, prepare to witness and experience the Borg Queen's last-ditch effort to conquer the planet Vulcan!
Your mission: to boldy defend three control points against three enemy waves, each led by a powerful Borg minion.
Six of the Borg vessels will drop special tech when destroyed, marked by a special icon. Collecting this debris grants temporary battle bonuses.
If you successfully defeat all the Borg Queen's minions, she'll have no choice but to join the fight herself!
The third part of the STAR TREK Operation reward track offers Steel, Free XP, Elite Commander XP, special and rare expendable economic bonuses, signals, Star Tokens, and collection items. Complete secondary tasks to advance through the reward track and claim these rewards!

Claim Your Free Ship: Expedition to the North Pole
Destination reached, Captain! With the arrival of December comes the end of the Expedition to the North Pole event. The next step is claiming your gift!
If you've actively participated in the Expedition this autumn, you can receive a Tier X Tech Tree ship along with some extra rewards; and if you're only just hearing about it now and haven't earned any Expedition Tokens at all, you can still claim a Tier VIII Tech Tree ship—guaranteed!
To claim it, just log in to the game from December 1. If you choose a ship that you already have in your Port, you'll receive Free XP as compensation instead.
Wonders of the Arctic
We’ve prepared a special celebration as another year comes to a close, so you can be sure that Update 13.11 will bring lots of gifts and activities.
Nordlyshavn Port: a magical new Port will light your way through the new update. Keep an eye out for interactive elements, including a Christmas Tree that you can decorate by completing a set number of battles each day. Hang enough ornaments, and you'll even earn a Santa's Gift container!
Advent Calendar: From December 1 through 25, you can open one of the Calendar’s cards each day and claim the gift it hides.
Festive Rewards: A holiday tradition in World of Warships, you can now once again collect rewards for earning Base XP on your Tier V and higher ships. The rewards include Festive Certificates, which you can exchange for both types of Santa's Gifts containers in the Armory!
Update to Santa's containers: Only two types of containers are available this year—Santa’s Gift and Santa’s Mega Gift. We’ve removed 23 older ships from the drop list and added 18 new ones. They can also drop a special new Golden Gift container, which holds ships Chikuma II, Prins van Oranje, and Georg Hoffmann, as well as their golden versions!
Niord and Kalmar Dockyard: The construction of European battleship Niord has commenced at the Hamburg Dockyard! This year, you can also unlock new European destroyer Kalmar as an intermediate reward at the 8th shipbuilding phase of the Dockyard!
Event Pass: East and West
Update 13.11 features two themed Event Pass chapters dedicated to our two explorers, Li Wei and Olaf Lundgren. Each chapter lasts for 3 weeks, features 25 levels, and functions as a standalone Event Pass.
Chapter 1: In the first progression line, you'll find Commander Li Wei with a unique voiceover, along with the Butterfly Kaleidoscope enemy destruction effect, the Avid Explorer patch, and some Santa's Gift containers. The second line offers the Adventure's Call flag, the Eastbound permanent camouflage, Santa's Gift containers, 1x Santa's Mega Gift container, and Pan-Asian Tier VII battleship Teng She with a festive permanent camouflage!
Chapter 2: The first progression line will reward you with the Polar Pursuit patch, Commander Olaf Lundgren with an individual voiceover, the Avalanche enemy destruction effect, and Santa's Gift containers. The second line offers the Echoes of the Past flag, the Westbound permanent camouflage, Santa's Gift containers, 1x Santa's Mega Gift container, and European Tier VII battleship Lugdunum with an icy permanent camouflage
STAR TREK: Final Operation
The final of the three STAR TREK Operations is unfolding during the first two weeks of Update 13.11.
The invasion is intensifying and the Vulcans are in imminent danger—only through the combined efforts of Starfleet's finest can we ensure their survival. Ready your ships by raising shields and going to red alert, and rally your crews to join the fight and protect Vulcan from assimilation!
If her drone minions fail, the Borg Queen herself will join the battle to crush the united forces of the Federation, Klingons, Romulans, and Vulcans. Will you emerge victorious in the face of her wrath?
