WW2 TCG - New Expansion: DEFIANCE AVAILABLE NOW
We are glad to announce World War II: TCG’s new expansion: DEFIANCE is now live! Prepare your army, recruit a leader and start playing the new HIstorical Missions such as the Battle of the Coral Sea with the US Navy or be part of the Fall of the Philippines new Raid. Defiance expansion brings more than 100 new cards to collect and 40 faction leaders to craft, the time to challenge the new content has come!

Cards
We have more than 100 new cards (with their respective crafted versions) and the new Leader Cards.
The last two expansions had a lack of infantry units (despite the fact that infantry decks are competitive) and we wanted to add more variety to these decks.
Another point that we wanted to change from a long time was the lack of tanks for the japanese faction, we added a few more so you have a bunch of new tanks to play with.
With a new expansion, we always try to bring new types of abilities such as targeting the support or attack lane. On this expansion we have a few of them.
Objectives
Targets the lowest Health/Attack Card.
Targets the highest Health/Attack Card.
Targets only Equipped Cards.
Explosive Charges: Applies the damage at the start of the turn of the affected enemy.
Counter Abilities: Destroys cards with specific abilities such as Deploy or Brutality.
Faction Leaders
Leaders are really powerful cards (you can consider them as overpowered cards) that have some drawbacks. The implementation of Leader Cards was something that we wanted to add to the game for a long time and we were waiting for an opportunity to introduce them in a meaningful way.
Leaders are limited to 1 per deck.
Requirement to Play: to play a Leader your deck must have only cards from one faction (the one matching the leader).
Leaders have massive stats or powerful abilities compared to other cards.
We’ve added 2 Leaders per faction/type (so there are currently 40 possible Leaders).
We wanted to have a way to reward players who use a “thematic” faction deck.
Cards only obtainable by crafting: you’re not limited to cards from chests to get the needed Leader for your faction.
Multiple ways to get the materials to craft them.
Historical Missions
Historical Missions have received several changes and upgrades. The biggest changes are:
Defiance Difficulty:
A new difficulty available for Historical Missions. This new difficulty will grant an Epic or Legendary Card when completed.
Rounds: 3.
Cost: 200 golds.
Rewards only given when completed (last round).
You can obtain materials to craft Leader Cards.
3 New Historical Missions.
Added some unique Historical Missions cards that can only be obtained while playing Defiance difficulty.
Increased the rewards of Medium Difficulty.
Changed the cost of all Historical Missions to FREE/100/150. (we have adjusted some of the gold rewards too),
Adjusted the amount of platoon points:
Easy: 25
Medium: 200 (previously 150)
Hard: 500 (previously 600)
Defiance: 400
Raids & Raid Points
Added a new Raid.
Increased the amount of raid points that a player can obtain through Duties and Battle Pass.
Two daily duties (play raids) now give raid coins.
Blueprints costs:
The last 3 expansions: 600 raid points. (Outbreak, Warmachine and Defiance)
Other: 400 raid points. (Basic, Sealords and Stronghold)
We’ll keep updating the prices when new expansions are launched.
Duties & Battle Pass
We have greatly improved the Battle Pass, now providing at least 1 Epic Elite Card (basic) and 1 Diamond Card (gold) of the newest Expansion (Defiance) per month.
We have added several duties linked to this expansion so players can obtain several Defiance Chests, Raid Points and materials for the new Leader Cards. Also we have added crafting duties with awesome rewards (Epic Elite Cards).
While all players will benefit with these changes, it will be more important for new players as they will get these crafted cards at the same pace that veterans players.
Achievements
We fixed the display issue with achievements where you couldn't see the progress of some achievements. Now you will see the progress on all achievements, time to complete all of them!
UI Changes
We want to update the battlefield screen for a long time, specifically the background. The current backgrounds have too much detail and don’t mix well with the cards. There are 6 new battlegrounds available and a completely revamp of the battle screen UI.

FIXES - Achievements progression has been fixed, now you can see your progress. - The cards that are in a fight will die at the proper time (will wait for the bullet to arrive) - Raid blueprints no longer show their name on the preview not to overlap the in-game card art. - Filter shown around the flag icon in Languages selection popup reduced to make it fit properly in its container. - Server connectivity improved in many aspects of the game - Fixed an issue where the game speed on historical missions was lower than intended - Several translations have been improved.

Dear soldiers, we hear you. That's why we completely reworked our last expansion features to better adapt them to your gameplay style and preferences.

Warmachine Expansion release
World War II: TCG's new Expansion: Warmachine is here! All factions get ready to use all their resources for the war.
Here's the detailed list of this expansion:
New
120 NEW cards to obtain!
A new raid to play! It’s time to be part of the Battle of Dunkirk against the British Forces.
3 New subtype of cards: Factory, Hangar and Shipyard cards. These new cards can freely equip items at private rank (rank 1).
A new Historical Mission, the Fall of Singapore, assault the Stronghold of Singapore.
PvP will have (starting this month) extra rewards for the players in the Top 3 positions of each league, especially for the Diamond League.
Changes
Balance: Several cards have been adjusted, specially some unused cards have been improved to be more useful in raids and PvP.
Added several crafted cards from all the game editions.
Added some gameplay abilities that will give more options such as the 'Protector' ability that blocks ALL units or 'Medical Care' that now restores abilities too.
Several improvements on the PvP matchmaking.
Playing against “offline opponents” will give you less points. This change will reduce the amount of points gained and will prevent from reaching higher positions in PvP and therefore find stronger rivals.
Added Epic craft elite cards as a reward for challenges (different editions).

Fixed a problem with some challenges that couldn’t be completed or had wrong/inaccurate descriptions.
