Hey hunters, got quite a few bug fixes done.

Changelog:

  • TS Rifle now deals double damage


Fixes:


  • Dimetrodon and Edapho fixes
  • Pteranodons fly smoother
  • Weapon should now set in hunt popup
  • Bullet hits are using the correct emitter
  • Perks now work as expected
  • Crosshairs work
  • Concavenator animation speed tweaked
  • Sauroposeidon should now be killable, reduced health from 520,000 to 52,000
  • Added Dimetrodon to haystack ridge
  • Text appears when near interactables
  • Changed crosshair highlight to orange.
  • Iron sight weapons sighting adjusted
  • Spinosaurus new mesh and animations

Update 2.076

Hey all,

Update 2.076.010042024 is now live! It features a more stable release, fixing numerous bugs. Added a new perk, the super flashlight, and added the option to invert y-axis.

Known bugs:
- Arthisle blocks the player from shooting
- Arthisle's ocean is not fully rendered
- Arthisle's hunter spawn points are using old locations

A patch to fix these issues is underway!

Soft launch of version 2.0

Hey hunters!

Long time no see, a formal announcement is underway. I'm excited to share this update as I begin to update many aspects of the Wrath of the Goliaths store page and social media pages. For now, jump right in and experience the plethora of changes done.


Many things happened, I'll try to keep it brief:

- Updated to Unreal Engine 5.3
- Updated AI, carnivores are the top hunters. They will be attracted to noise and will try to rush you. Herbivores are skittish and will dart away.
- Perks are added, buffs and debuffs!
- Many new maps are added as well as many redone
- A couple new hunts were added such as Concavenator and Eurodalosaurus
- Weapons were reworked
- Trophy room has been redone
- Achievements implemented
- Unlockables implemeneted
- Brand new UI and Hunt menu


I'm looking forward to receiving feedback!

PUBLIC TEST BRANCH is Live

The latest update for Wrath of the Goliaths is available to try out on the public test branch. Play through the new features.

To test this, right click the game in your Steam library, and select properties. Then from the new window, select betas, and change the selected beta to "Public Test Branch".

Reminder that there will be issues with the build and to post any in the appropriate forum.
