It's been a long time since WW2: Bunker Simulator EA launched. The game in September 2021 was vastly different, unfinished in some cases, product. We've listened to you guys (big thanks for the support from our Discord, without you the game wouldn't be the same! <3) and worked hard.

It's been quite some time since the last update, but today is the day! Welcome EA Hotfix #15!
Huge MILITARY THANKS to all the beta testers from our Discord server, together we squished lots of bugs and implemented some new ideas into the build. the new update wouldn't be the same without you!
Hotfix #15 brings a lot of new things, we've worked on the enemy AI, machine gun balance, companions using MG, and graphics!
New Enemy AI
The enemy become way smarter now, their behavior was changed to make more sense and pose a greater threat. - Their targeting priorities were changed, now they attack you, as well as your companions - They utilize tactics e.g. try to surround you (no longer coming from one angle)
Machine Gun Buffs
We know MG stations were underpowered and hence underutilized. Now they're a viable option for the player, as well as for his companions. - MG and Companions finally work together as intended! - They got no problem targeting the enemy (prioritizing the closest) and received a slight dmg reduction while using MG. - Companion MG healing update - When the ally gets hurt he'll run to the healing spot - where bandages or pills are. After healing they go "at ease". - MG balance - now they should be more viable thanks to the enemy soldiers missing more often when the player is behind the MG
Graphical Upgrade
WW2: Bunker Simulator went through some graphical revamp, more vibrant colors, a little bit brighter environment, and a bit of the stylized yellowish look.
Other things
- Companion low health indicator. - buffed companion's HP by a 100% (now they'll get hit more often, gotta watch out for their health) - Increased chance for "Defend the Bunker!" mission in endless mode - Lots of bugs fixed (including the one with the companions going through all your medical supplies and regaining no health when they were hungry/thirsty)

Soldiers!
We know it's not Friday, however, we just deployed another update - Hotfix #14
Huge MILITARY THANKS to all PLAYERS for the great support!! In this update, we taught allied soldiers physical honest work, fixed a bug that prevented companions from eating and drinking, as well as squished some other minor bugs.
Taking out the rubble.
Now you can order allied soldiers to help you clean out the buried bunker room! If you're tired of taking the rubble out yourself - Put the boys to work! No worries they will defend themselves when the enemy comes.
Finishing sandbags projects
Create a project, place the first sandbag and let your soldiers do the rest! Choose the right sandbag fortification for your needs, make sure you got enough sandbags, put the project down, and watch your boys build it.
Other things:
-fixed the bug preventing allied soldiers from eating and drinking when the meals and water were prepared after they got hungry/thirsty. (thanks for the reports guys!) - added community flags from our Discord server (If you want to have your own creation featured in-game send it to us on our Discord: https://discord.gg/XSvDn5e3Zp) - fixed other minor reported bugs

Soldiers!
We have just deployed another update - Hotfix #13
Huge MILITARY THANKS to all PLAYERS for the great support!! This update further improves our soldier companions, balancing them and giving them their own health parameters, as well as fixing some bugs.
Companion healing and HP tunning.
In the name of the game balance, we had to lower the HP pool of allied soldiers. Now they ain't invincible as they were before, but they can still hold their ground! You can now heal them by using any healing item on them, if you have any medicaments in your bunker they will heal themselves in critical situations too! Your soldiers don't have as much health as before, so keep that in mind.
Companion accuracy balancing.
Now allied soldiers have reasonable aim (not godlike as in the previous update), their bullets will still reach targets, however, they may need to fire a shot or two more to do so.
Companion Thirst, Hunger, and Energy
Now not only the player character have the health parameters! From now on your people have Thirst, Hunger, and Energy bars too. Don't worry tho, they can take care of themselves. Leave the food on the stove and water in the cups and they will eat and drink on their own when they're hungry or thirsty! You can feed and give them drinks yourself too.
Community flags added
Added a bunch of community-created flags from our Discord to decorate your bunker! If you want to have your own creation featured in-game send it to us on our Discord: https://discord.gg/XSvDn5e3Zp
Additionally, all of the reported bugs have been squished!

You might have waited for this one a little bit longer, but we hope it will be worth the time. We listen and read everything you wrote and consider each suggestion and Hotfix #12 brings two of your most requested features to life!
Bunker Doors
Surely the most requested feature of WW2: Bunker Simulator is finally here! Two bunker entrances now have fully operational doors, you can close them to barricade yourself inside, ambush the enemy trying to destroy them, or leave them open and prepare the bloodbath inside, the choice is yours!
Each door has an individual durability meter, when it's depleted the door will be destroyed and the enemy will swarm the inside of your bunker. No worries tho, you can make them functional again using the repair kits (another use for them)!
New allied soldiers AI - Combat
Tired of your companions dying the next day they arrived? Being confused with overcomplicated orders UI? Say no more! We brought the companions back to the drawing board and started reworking them. We started with combat, now the companions will be a real help while fighting the enemy.
They will use their own ammo (no more running with their hands up), are precise marksmen, become proficient with anti-air, anti-tank, and MG! They will escort you to deliveries and on patrol missions if you order them to (use follow me)! If they are left alone they will help defend the bunker on their own too!
We know that right now they are a little bit overturned, got loads of HP first and foremost, but it will be tuned once we'll add the healing feature (most likely next hotfix!).

Today is the Flag Day - it's about time to customize your Bunker! You can set up two different flag types - small and vertical ones. Just to give you a glimpse of how it works, we have prepared the starter flags package.
