Xera: Survival

The emergency maintenance has been completed!

We are in the process of bringing the game back up now.

Some data loss may have occurred as there was an issue with the inactivity check and the exact number of players impacted is unknown, however we do foresee it being minimal.

Thank you for your patience and you should be able to rejoin the game.

Emergency Maintenance Period is underway.

Greetings Survivors,

We will be bringing the game down for an emergency maintenance period. We will keep you posted as to the amount of time the game will be down!

Important Announcement Regarding Removal Of Inactive Bases And Objects

Greetings Survivors!

Thank you for your feedback regarding inactive bases.

We have discussed this issue as a team and beginning with the next server reboot, every day during the daily server restarts, all objects placed by a player including land claims will be deleted if the owner has not logged in for at least 5 minutes within the previous 7 day period. This includes objects that are placed in another persons land claim.

This should help with the issue of active players struggling to be able to find land to claim on servers that have been online since the start of Season 4.

For any questions or feedback, feel free to join our discord server at https://discord.gg/xera where we have active discussions revolving around major game changes such as this.

We appreciate the overwhelming amount of support the community has shown and look forward to continuing seeing the growth of the game!

Important Maintenance Status Update - 7/2/21 5:00AM CST

Greetings survivors,

We have identified the issue that caused the unplanned maintenance period this morning. A fix has been put in place and the servers are back online. Due to the impact to the master server, there may have been some progress lost from the past 1 hour. Some users may have experienced some items from storage containers that would have been lost during the outage. Our team is looking into this, however at this time, it is unknown if the loss of data for some storage containers that were impacted can be restored.

We appreciate your patience during this outage and do not anticipate and long term impacts or further outages at this time.

Cheers,
The Spotted Kiwi Interactive Team
