Season Maintenance - Status Update and Release Time!
Greetings Survivors! We appreciate everyone's patience during this transition. Our team has been working on the transition for Season 6 as well as bringing in several systems that we had not planned to release this soon instead of delaying them for later in the season where things could break by releasing them mid season.
We understand your frustrations that it has taken far longer to transition from Season 5 to Season 6, and apologize for the added delay, however these systems are critical in order for us to be able to implement future content and without having them in place now, some content that is being planned will not be possible and would cause further delays down the road.
Now that a lot of the hard work is behind us, we currently have a build ready for testing base stability (ex. floating bases and base parts) as well as multiple optimizations that will help with server performance. We will be conducting profiling with the new optimizations in place in the hopes that we can increase server player slot counts in the future (currently we do not anticipate being able to increase the slots for the release of Season 6, but we are looking at a possibility in the near future if the data looks good).
With all of this being said, our targeted release time for Season 6 to start will be between 12:00PM - 3:00PM NZST on May 25th. For those that are in NA, this will be around 8:00PM - 11:00PM EST.
Although we do not anticipate any further delays, if anything should come up, we will be sure to let everyone know.

Season 5 Ends In 24 Hours! Last Call To Claim Your Season Pass Rewards!

As you may already know, Season 5 is coming to a close and this is your final call before we prepare for the launch of Season 6 which is anticipated to be some time this weekend.
In preparation for the transition and wipe for Season 6, all servers will be taken offline at approximately 7pm CST on Saturday May 21st. We anticipate the transition may take up to 48 hours from the time the servers go offline, however we are making our best effort to have everything up and running much sooner than that.
As a reminder, all Season 5 skin crate purchases, level boost purchases and season pass redemptions must be claimed prior to the servers being taken down. Level boosts for anyone looking to finish out your season pass are available in game to be purchased with X-Coin.
Any rewards that have not been claimed will not be able to be claimed after the servers go down.

Important Announcement Regarding Season 6 And The Upcoming Wipe
Greetings Survivors,
We wanted to take a moment to update everyone on the status of Season 6. As had been mentioned, one of our key team members has come down with covid and as such, the final preparations for the release of Season 6 had to be stopped while they are recovering. We understand that a delay is not what everyone had hoped for, however the recovery of our team member is the most important thing and we hope that everyone understands the situation was something that is beyond our control.
At this time, we anticipate that the release of Season 6 along with the end of season wipe should be in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on how long it takes to wrap things up once everyone is back to work. If we anticipate any further delays, we will be sure to post information in the announcements channel of our discord.
We have enabled Double/Triple XP for all players that will last until the end of Season 5. Also as a reminder, all season pass rewards must be redeemed before the end of the season.
Also in preparation for the upcoming wipe, we want to remind everyone that at the end of every season, there will be a full wipe of all in game items, currency, bases, levels, missions and GI. The only thing that will not wipe at the start of the new season will be your skins, skin crates, and X-Coin.

Special Holiday Event - XOIDMAS Winter Festival Runs Until January 7th!

Patch 1.0.8 addresses a few community reported bugs as well as contains our Winter 2021 event - XOIDMAS Winter Festival!
