Hosted multiplayer ranked games.
Earn credits by joining a ranked game. The longer you last, the more resources your ship's mining lasers collect, and the higher the payout from the ERC when you return from your mission. Credits can't be spent yet, but get ready to use them soon on weapon upgrades and more. Bonus: since we're hosting the game server, you don't have to worry about port forwarding or any of that networking stuff.
You now have an actual inventory.
And it's available in the palm of your hand.
ERC lobby is now a space station.
Insert your IdentiKey into one of the platform stations to begin your mission and descend to your ship. Remove your IdentiKey to abort a mission before you are overrun and your ship is destroyed.
Registration room now presents an ERC prospector cloning agreement.
You will pick up your suit canister, deploy it to your body, and learn to teleport in the registration room.
Added personal quarters. Right now you select your mission type there. Much more to come in the personal quarters soon.
Mission ship top and bottom irises now open and close as necessary.
Moved the holo sphere to the new (mostly empty) Command Room.
It's easier now to get to the Armory shooting range (though why would you, when you've got enemies to fight off???)
Tweaked drone targeting.
Terrain got a face lift.
Performance improvements.
Time no longer fast-forwards between drone waves.
Better error messages when couldn't connect to multiplayer.
v0.2.0.4 - Bigger holo sphere & center platform, etc
Here's what's new in 0.2.0.4:
Center platform is now much bigger, as is the holo sphere.
You can now teleport around on the center platform.
Center platform elevator no longer moves up and down.
Fixed a bug where you couldn't inspect an item you were inspecting before you teleported.
Fixed a bug where you could teleport to the unfinished upper deck of the mission ship if you targeted one of the panels in the shooting range.
A little bit of a performance boost when looking at the holo sphere.
