Hi everyone! I'm happy to share that a new piece of the story is ready to play. Life has been full of unexpected twists, and progress has felt as slow as a geriatric snail, but we're steadily moving forward!
While the story is still far from finished, I've started remastering some of the game's oldest graphics. Over the years, my workflow has evolved significantly, leading to a mix of styles throughout the game. By updating these older visuals, I aim to create a more cohesive and immersive experience for you all.

I've started a Discord server for Pink Potion Games. Truth be told, as a card-carrying level 9000 introvert, I’ve struggled to juggle game development with keeping up on the Steam forums, X, Patreon, and, well... life. I always tell myself, "After this next update, I’ll have more time," but let's be honest, so far it hasn't worked out.😔
I’ve missed too many important bug reports, questions, and feedback because of this. So, I’m hoping this Discord server will help me do better by you.
It’s likely to be embarrassingly quiet at the start, but if you're interested, please consider joining right here and help me develop Yakuza Kiss and hopefully other projects after it's done.

Chapter 7 is Now Ready to Play! Typically, I'd say I hope you enjoy the new chapter. However, this time, things are a bit different. 🩸Prepare to delve into the darkest parts of Cyan City where Jeong will be pushed to the very edge.😱 But for those who make it through, there might just be something waiting on the other side...💗

Chapter 07 part 01 Release!
We've had multiple delays with this update. It turns out we had a massive bug in our game save system😨. These things happen when it's just me doing almost everything alone.😵 I try to test everything as thoroughly as possible, but testing takes time away from actually making the game. With chapter 06, I rushed it, and that led to the bug.
The bug is now fixed, but everyone needs to delete all chapter 06 saves and replay the chapter. Otherwise, the choices you made in chapter 06 won't carry over to chapter 07. I'm tremendously sorry for this inconvenience, and we'll be more careful in the future.😔
We also discovered another issue with the save system, and this one will take more time to fix. Currently, some animations can break if the player uses the "load game" feature. I know it sucks, but until we fix it, you can avoid this issue by exiting the game, restarting it, and then loading your save.
The new build should be live on Steam as you read this. I really hope you enjoy this small update. At this point, all the choices you've made begin to really affect where the story goes.
Yakuza Kiss Chapter 06 released!
It's been an interesting journey with the development of YK, as life has its way of throwing unexpected challenges our way.😨Despite a few twists and turns, and maybe a handful of less-than-fortunate moments, I'm happy to let you know that Chapter 06 is finally complete!😊 I've put my all into making sure this chapter is worth the wait, and I'm eager for you to see what's in store.
As this latest chapter delves into some wholly new territories, I'm having to stumble my way through some difficult terrain, thus this chapter might be subject to a lot of later revisions depending on your feedback. I've really, really tried to make this part of the story as engaging and captivating as possible, but we'll see how well it worked out. 🤗

Yakuza Kiss 05 chapter released
Chapter 05 has been completed! It's not a long chapter, but it sets us up for the events that will take place in chapter 06...😉 It took me a while to complete it due to the late autumn flu season, but hopefully the rest of the year will be a bit easier. Hopefully you're all doing well and healthy too!

I'm happy to announce that a new piece of the story has been finished! You can now play chapter 05 part 01. 😀
It's a short update piece, but it signifies a big change for our tiny team–our little ones are both now at daycare and I can finally work on YK during the day instead of during the... night.😅 Updates will be coming faster and faster as I get into this new groove.
