Minor update: Press the big red button to reset your progress

Game change:
A big red button on the setting screen.

Recently, a few speedrunners found this game. (Which is a big surprise to me)
They demand this button to reset progress.

By the way, my latest game, Understand has been published on steam.
It's a line drawing puzzle inspired by The Witness, but you won't think it's a Witness clone or Witness lite.

YAPP2: Yet Another Pushing Puzzler is available.

YAPP2: Yet Another Pushing Puzzler is the second game of YAPP series. (A series of games with awful artwork, challenging puzzles, and the same initials.)

It is not a sequel of the puzzle platformer, but the puzzles are designed in a similar way.
(For example, The last level in world 4 is also adapted from a bug, like what I did in YAPP1.)

A prototype of my next game: YAPP2: Yet Another Pushing Puzzler is available.

"Chinese Country Tune." - Playtester

YAPP2: Yet Another Pushing Puzzler is a 3d puzzle game, in which you try to push cubes onto specific spots.
What makes YAPP2 unique is: the world rotates when you walk over its edge.

Further more, gravity also rotates as well.
(This is one of the biggest differences comparing to English Country Tune.)

I uploaded a prototype on itch.io.
It's a first draft of World 1 and 2.
(There should be 6 in complete version, like what we had in YAPP1.)

Hope you can enjoy it.

World 7 Update

You take the blue noticeboard - the story ends, you quit the game and believe whatever you want to believe.
You take the red noticeboard - you stay in YAPP and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.

(Actually, World 7 is painted grey. Anyway, it doesn't really matter.)

In case you are reading this without any idea of YAPP, here comes a short description for it:
YAPP: Yet Another Puzzle Platformer is a low-effort but well-designed puzzle game, with a casual but hard-core game experience, mainly inspired by Portal, Talos Principle and Braid.

Features:

  • Seven new puzzles. Explore the potential power of the game mechanisms.
  • New achievement / star not included. (World 7 is optional. You don't have to suffer from it if it makes you suffering.)
  • A simple gamepad support. (Default key binding is for ps4 gamepad)
  • 1/5 and 1/10 timescale.
  • Unity's default resolution dialog becomes available. (I have to admit mine is worse)
