Yatagarasu AoC Alpha Access Expanded to Include $10+ Backers from Today!
Last week we launched the Yatagarasu Attack on Cataclysm Alpha version, which includes the first new character Azure and various other new features and improvements. This version is currently available to just under 1,000 qualifying backers of the Yatagarasu AoC IndieGogo campaign and is also featured every week in The RunBack hosted by Level Up. Today, we have great news for many backers who did not qualify for Alpha access and have been missing out on the action so far!

Access to Yatagarasu AoC Alpha version is presently limited Open Access ($40) and above campaign contributors, but to spread the Yatagarasu love, we have decided to open up Alpha access to include everyone who donated from Game Pack ($10) upward – over 2,500 more backers!

Qualifying backers should receive their alpha access key by email by 12pm EST TODAY! If you are a qualifying backer and have not received your key by this time, please check your spam filter (no, really!) and if it’s not there, please email info@nyu-media.com and we will follow up with you ASAP.

Please note: this new availability will apply to the Alpha version only. Access to the upcoming Beta version will be limited to contributors qualifying for the Open Access ($40) and above perk tiers only, as per the original IndieGogo campaign page.

Steam keys for the Yatagarasu Attack on Cataclysm Alpha version have been sent to qualifying (Beta Access and above) backers of the Yatagarasu AoC IndieGogo campaign!

If you are a qualifying backer and have not received an email with your key by 1pm EST today, please check your spam filter(!) and if it is not there, mail info@nyu-media.com and we will follow up with you as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: This Alpha release includes an incomplete feature set and placeholder elements that will be replaced in the final version. We have many new features and improvements in the pipe, and the Alpha version will be updated to a much more fully featured Beta version within the next few weeks.

Our apologies to everyone expecting the full game in summer, but we are limiting summer releases to the Alpha & Beta versions to provide time to reflect feedback before we make Yatagarasu AoC available for purchase from fall.

(As you'll have noticed :) the Yatagarasu Attack on Cataclysm Steam store page is now live and the Steam discussion group is now available for posting any feedback, comments, suggestions, etc. regarding the Alpha version or Yatagarasu in general.

The forums at Yatagarasu-FTG.com forums are also available, but to resolve issues with spam and to centralize feedback, we will transition these forums to the Steam discussions group in the near future. Please post any feedback, etc. to Steam moving forward – we would love to hear from you.

Finally, a reminder that Level Up will host Yatagarasu AoC tournaments on The Runback, which streams on Twitch.tv from 9:30pm PST every Thursday by, starting TONIGHT! Players are competing for $1,000 in prizes, so expect some exciting high level play!
